1. Looking at the other stuff they have for sale it's clear they must know a bit about instruments...so to clearly mislead like that is surely something ebay should be aware of?
2. Just been on their website, they are huge now touring all over the world. Echo what has been said before, liked the first album, second not as good and now they do sound too autotuned. Always suspicious of a band who call themselves Maroon 5 when there are 6 of them.......!
3.
That isn't even a squier. I'd say its from a Satellite or similair
+1- it looks nothing like a Squier neck to me. Is it me or can I see the outline of the previous decal too?
4. I guess it's perfectly reasonable for someone who has a custom shop strat ot tele to want a spare neck plate and screws......as opposed to some chancer who wants to fake a non CS into a CS....? There again, I could just be being cynical (again)?
5. Opened the link and got a Trojan warning.....hmmm!
6. ditto "This is a top relic project not a dodgy electric sander hatchet job"
7.
must have been a dodgy set, bit dissapointing as they arent cheap! thanks for the replies all!
You could try sending them back perhaps?
8. Hi Joel Good to see you on here. A couple of things, how about a "Me and my Bass feature? I know Ba**ist did it when they last published ( in fact I was in it with a jaydee roadie). Also just to prove I read my subscribed edition this month, is the heavily advertised and reviewed TC BG 250 combo really made in UK?
9. Am I sad by being more bothered that the advert states: "The managers are aware that it is quite difficult to find female musicians who the bass." Basschatters are aware it is quite difficult to find managers who can the advert.....
10. [sub]Yes, I had dark hair when I was on this thread last.....[/sub]
11. [sub]I'm going to pass and get one of those "Squier strat" type basses instead![/sub]
12. http://basschat.co.uk/topic/8907-important-when-youve-sold-or-withdrawn-your-stuff-from-sale/
13. Saw Swing Out Sister there maybe 5 years ago and they were a 6 or 7 piece if my memory serves me right.....
14.
Wanna buy 8 Gorilla amps and a ratchet strap?
I'll give you a monkey for them.....
15. You get the 3 tubs of whey based build -me- up thrown in too mind...
16. Love the line " check out this headturner" -like in the Exorcist?
17. Remember seeing the Ziggy Stardust Tour at Newcastle City Hall in 1972. Never seen anything like it before or since!
18. I saw this and wondered if it had been the favoured Bass of a recently deceased player and it had been buried with him? However said player was not actually dead and in his scramble from the coffin and subsequent re-emergence from 6 feet under it had got distressed to the current degree? There again it could just be a botched job......?
19. Yes, I was getting this last night between 12 and 1 am.
20. Am I the only one to notice she's left-handed....?
21. I have an active Bass and I really can't be bothered to get a passive one too......
22.
It looks to me like he's parted the strings to show what the fret wear is like.
Ah, that would explain it as the photos were so numerous my browser seemed to go from one to the other so quickly!
