When I first moved to Leeds as a student I lodged in house where there were a number of Leeds College of Music students living too. They used to dep. at Batley Variety Club for visiting artists, one of whom I remember them telling me was Mr Proby, who I seem to recall them saying was well past his best then, which was around late 76, early 77. I believe by then he was resident in the UK also.

I've just had the Graphics card issue with mine from 2010, pixelated screen and won't boot up. Looked into the fix and for the same money am buying another one. Luckily got a recent backup. Tried all the hacks like wrapping it in a blanket and pressing weird combinations of buttons..... Slumming it on an old laptop at the moment, very slow.

Well at least they told you by phone.... I've mentioned one or two times before how a band I was in started to do gigs without me ( and bass less) for no reason I could see. When I pointed out I'd appreciate some transparency as to the reasons, and that they seemed to have a gig booked prior to Christmas I knew nothing about, they suggested it may be time for us to part! Cowboys....!
