Well that's me told!
Good luck with the sale, Yamaha have always made good basses and I'm sure this one will be no exception.

2. NOW SOLD

Bought this from a fellow basschat member highwayone recently for a Beatles/Paul McCartney tribute that doesn't look likely to get off the ground so I'm putting it up for sale as I've seen something else on here that I'm after.

Really nice bass and I've included the original thread below for the pictures but please get in touch if you have any questions.

I'm looking for £150 plus £15 postage or a meet up could be arranged if possible.

3. Just did a trade deal with Karl that went through very smoothly.

Karl was very flexible and did a lot of the running backwards and forwards at his end to ensure that the trade went through.

Deal with complete confidence, a top bloke!

4. I sold Alan my Westone Thunder 1A and he was a pleasure to deal with, a couple of PMs, quick payment and then he let me know that the bass had arrived safely.

I would buy from or sell to Alan without hesitation in the future!

Thanks.

5. **NOW SOLD**

For sale Westone Thunder 1A Natural

The bass has had the following modifications carried out by the Bassdoc:

USA Jazz pickup fitted at the bridge, original active circuit replaced with a passive volume, volume, tone circuit. (Original active circuit not available)

The original active circuit switches are still present on the bass but they don't do anything in its current configuration but could be used if another active circuit was fitted.

The bass plays really well and has a great passive tone with the same type of tonal options you would get with a PJ bass.

There are one or two marks here and there but nothing unexpected for a bass that is nearly 30 years old.

This is a reluctant sale but I'm not using it anymore since I bought an Ibanez SR500 which I love.

Sale price £150 (which is what I paid for it before I had the modifications carried out).

Shipping would be extra, probably £20 but I'd confirm that with a courier before taking payment as I'm not looking to rip anyone off on postage.

Please email for more detailed photos of required.
