Hey all bass brethren... I have a Squier VM Jazz as my main bass at the moment (im a poor student) and have just come into a bit of dollar from the sale of another bass and thinking about upgrading this bad boy. I'm happy with it as it is playability wise (the neck is the sex) but i reckon I could get alot more out of the sound of it. Im willing to gut out the controls and get some new pups in there, was thinking of trying Wizard Thumpers or SD Quarter Pounders but no idea where to go for wiring etc. I play in a 4 piece alt-rock originals band who play quite hard and I use a pick and also as a session bassist for a couple of acoustic acts around here which i play fingerstyle if that helps any factors. I would prob be looking for about £450 but open to offers. The colour is more of a off-white than the pictures suggest. Would look awesome with a black scratchplate I think. FYI for trades - I'm pretty big on maple necks.

Hello fellow bass brethren... First post here but long time stalker... I bought this last year and it hasnt had very much play from me, CIJ P Bass, nice glossy neck, loaded with SPB2 Seymour Duncs. Holes near bridge for ashtray and thumbrest included (taken off as I dont like playing with them on). Great condition, only thing that us noticeable is a slightly bent high e tuning peg. Just dont get along with P bass like I used to, I bought a VM Squier Jazz and it is amazing for the price I paid!! Looking for a maple neck Jazz bass swap or swap + cash or feel free to make me an offer. This wont be going on ebay for a while. Cheers.
