Tempting offering for the GAS God, but just bought a MM Sterling, so everything's off the radar. :)

  3.
i'd ask you to be gentle, but hey, where's the fun in that?
.......................Nice! :brow:

    Loving your work. Welcome.

  4. Brand new boxed Squier Vintage Modified Jazz (Natural).

Bought by myself 4 weeks ago (Soundslive website for £209.00) to potter with and mod etc, but managed to get hold of a lovely MIM Jazz from a fellow BCer just after i'd ordered it.

So this is just sitting in its dust bag, in its box, feeling neglected!

Been out of box once (still got protective film on pickguard) to look at and play through the amp......very nice, but Mrs not happy with 4 basses around the house, so this needs a good home.

Anyone interested, PM me.....Looking for as close to £180 as possible..........offers?? (going on the dreaded ebay next week!)

    Thanks,

    Karl

  5. welcome my hairy friend,

i had a similar epiphany & returned to bass after many-a-year.

was going to have a quiet night, but just taken your advice....& had a 15 min thrash to ac/dc!.....feel much better for it!

    thanks, & welcome. :)

  6. I met up with Dave Marks earlier today for my first 'official' music-based lesson of any sort in many-a-year!

What a top bloke. He has such a laid-back, matter-of-fact teaching style.......& he makes it all look so easy (well, at least until you try to do it anyway!).

I don't know how many of you out there have been taught by him, but i highly recommend him.

......(this sounds like i should have put it in the 'feedback' section!? :) ).
