1. Hi, do you still have your lopper by any chance. I will have it if it's still there.
2. Many thanks Steve, enjoy the G&L Trade with confidence

G&L models

Here's a comparison of the 2500's. They are both good in my honest opinion. I've always been more than happy with the L series so see no readon to change. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T95hIdjrzwc
4. A sweet sounding delay, well 3 delays actually that can be stacked an customized. I great looking quality pedal that is built to last. It can be furthur customized thanks to TC's tone print system It is in great condition, boxed with all the "bits" it came with e.g. adapters, cable etc. I got this in a trade but don't need it. Pictures to follow but to be honest in good condion they are look the same https://www.youtube....h?v=JKlGDK7HGyQ Trades? Maybe an empress pedal Collection or trila from Bristol. I can post if need be.
5. Bristol, can post and on hold until tomorrow
6. This a great little Fender short scale bass, only a couple of years old in great condition. Made in japan and not in production anymore so is liable to rise in value. Very light weight but great sounding. It currently has flats on. Any trial welcome. Someone will love this because it is an easy bass to love
7. Basic as in not a lot of fine tuning but it works. I quite like noise gate too when using lots of distortion etc.
8. I tried one yestarday in PMT with a highend Ibanez bass and orange amp set up...they all sounded great. I would have liked to have walked out of the shop with the lot. Ot is a very useful looking pedal
9. At last and someone got a really smart looking bass
10. Mark bought a precision from me. A very easy deal, thanks buddy
11. They are trendy at the moment, especially the lead guitars. That has a bit of a knock on for the basses. Note: I have a nice single pup MIJ Fender mustang bass and have to say I'm impressed with it. I have had a MIJ lead guitar in the past and didn't like it at all. The build quality was good but it was heavy, felt clumsy and the trem design is pretty bad.
12. Thanks for all the interest and trade offers. I'll update the post at the top to refelct some of the questions.
I'm really interested in this! In terms of the overall condition, how is it where it counts (fret condition, pre-amp pots, set-up and neck quality, etc)?
Super smooth positive operation, no crackles. The action is great. The body and neck are as new. Being super critical there is one park on the end of the point of the headstock if you look at it end on but it isn't nociible from the front (see pics). I did find one thing though. A chip is missing off the front corner of the compensated nut at the G side but the stiing is solid and it's not sonically significant. In terms of overall condition it is pretty much in showroom condition. The MM case does have signs of use but is in good condition. Maybe I should keep it, my wife says I'm allowed The reason for sale is that I already have a Stingray and although I feel that this HS is a better bass in terms or array of sounds I'm a stingray man at heart.
13. Thanks for the interest, Some pictures of the back as requested
14. Here's my 5 string, I plan to play it at Green Gathering this year and this guy used to play one https://www.youtube....h?v=QNdiNsOlqaQ
15.
I got my EBS Fuzzmo yesterday, its a lot of fun and feels like a tank too. Was £42 on Amazon, pretty sure i got the last one though!
Congratulations, I got one and like the way it works live. It really cuts though and stackes well with other pedals too.
16. An amazing bass as the addition of the front coil makes this incredibly versitile. A nice weight so a great instrument to use live or for recording. Also the slight sparkle and pick guard really catches the lights so it looks great on stage. This one is pretty much unmarked and comes with a fitted hard MM hard case. It is a lot of bass for the money Trades? I'm not looking for another bass but if you have something intresting feel free to try me. I can post withing the EU at cost or your welcome to collect and to come and give it a try. Youtube demo of the HS in action :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Om-5vgbpkBs
17. Here we have an imaculate USA G&L L1500 it is so hood it even feels knew. It comes with paperwork and a hard case and is a nice light weight bass that sounds amazing...I do luv's me G&L's I bought from Cuzzie some months back and it has sat in it's case ever since. Ungigged and as he sold it to me (see thread link) mainly because I play 5 strings/my L1505 or my SB-2. http://basschat.co.u..._1#entry3215476 priced to sell. 18. This is the first of several basses that I will be looking to sell over the coming months. I bought this great precision at the start of the year to try 5 string P bass but alas it has hardly been out of it's cover since. These have a very good name and this one plays really nicely and is a beautiful coolour IMHO. The previous owner has done a bit of sensible upgrading so this is taken from his add as follows. "The Squire Vintage Modified Precision Bass V gives you more of a good thing. If you've been wanting to plumb the depths with a 5-string, but don't want to empty your bank account, this is the bass. The lightweight contoured basswood body fits you like a glove, while the fast maple neck gives you classic Precision playability. And speaking of classic, this instrument's Fender-designed split-coil Precision pickup is perfectly positioned to deliver fat, punchy bass tone. For iconic Precision mojo while rocking a low B, you want the Squire Vintage Modified Precision Bass V. Upgraded electronics with CTS pots and a switchcraft jack. The bridge has been upgraded to a brass Wilkinson which is just superb! Comes with a soft gig bag." 19. I was going to suggest the HS as an alternative, best of both worlds
20.
They need to push the US series more...
I agree actually, I think the US models are potential winners. Great sound options and nice and light, what's not to like?
21. There is one on US ebay at the moment for a £509 so they don't look expensive. I hope they do a 5 stringer
