  1. I used it at band practice for the 1st time with Adam and The Hellcats last Night. A joy to play and most importantly the band liked, as I got positive feedback afterwards. There are two guitars and a Keytar so the clarity on the EMG's work well. 😁
  2. Will have a check later but it doesn't feel heavy, especially for a 5. I don't do heavy basses. I would guess at at between 9 and 9.5lb.
  3. Well, after a bit of selling I am very happy with my new bass. A beautifully built Manton Titon, direct from Robin at Manton Customs. It plays as good as it looks and has the tone I was looking for. I played it at the Bristol Guitar show recently and it "blew me away" so I have been getting to money together ever since. The Pictures and video are from the Manton site.
  4. Sale agreed for Fuzzmo
  5. Both pedals were tried out on a pedal board and then put back in their boxes and forgotten about so as new really other than that they have velcro on the underside. Both boxed. The LS-2 is a great bit of kit. Check them on youtube. FuzzMo bass distortion Sold Boss LS-2 Line selector £75 Collection or allow £5 for carriage
  6. A fantastic programable delay that is easy to use. It has velcro attached and is boxed and in good condition. Empress pedals are top class in my opinion but as I only use one of the memory slots I'm not using this one to it's potential so would like the dosh instead. Please add £7.50 for insured postage. Not sure if I still have the box. Loads of glorious reviews of this pedal on Youtube.
  7. Stroud's not to far away. I have only been once and thought I would like to visit again.

  9. Another bass that I have not had the opportunity to use. Great condition and one that Imagine will increase in value. It comes with its case and sounds as sweet as it looks. 10. Reduced due to seeing something else that I fancy. If it doesn't sell I may keep it and try something else. Thanks for l;ooking.
  11. Dropping the price to £500 for a short time as I fancy (yet another) bass. Will be posting it elsewhere soon. Thanks for looking
  12. I bought a nice Deluxe Precision from Dave, a nice easy deal. Many thanks Ed
  13. Pleasure to meet you..have fun
  14. Thanks I am already
  15. This is a peach of a jazz, offered as I have an incoming Deluxe Special purchase. It has never been gigged and the only sign of use is a scratch across the neck plate. Not much to say about these. I did put a old black pickguard on it for a video and it looked Killer. Check out Eddie Mole Sleep (an insomniac song) - YouTube. Any trial welcome. Standing on the scales its around the 4.4kg/9.7lb mark. I would say above 10 is getting heavy and below 9 is light so the sweet spot for me is between 9 and 10lbs. I can't seem to find the Fender "bag" in the picture but will include a nice alternative one of some sort if it doesn't turn up .
  16. Great, thanks for the feedback. Congratulations on your purchase!
  17. Hmmm, I always love the sound of a P bass when playing at home but for me a Stingray, played with a pick is outstandingly clear in a live band situation. A wonderful clear pick sound at the end.
  18. Great to hear the updates on Chowny, I was very impressed with the NT bass when it came out a few years back. The CHB-2 looks a killer too. Good luck to them.
