Positive update! After seeing a July delivery date, I cancelled and ordered through thomann. The Thomann site was showing a stock arrival date of the 25/05/2017, so I ordered. Along came the 25th and it had changed to the 31St. Just checked my email and it's been dispatched. Although unlikely, I'm hoping it arrives before Friday. If it does I'll be trialling it on Friday night at a gig. The plan is upright, Into the little board and DI straight to the PA, thus saving me having to carry a cab and head around.

Another update regarding delivery. Not going to be Monday anymore, it's gone back again...to the 3rd of July. Much disappointment.
it's almost doable to put it in the bass's control cavity..........
It is and not a bad shout. If it wasn't for having a pretty specific plan for this, I would probably look into going down that route.
I like the Lego idea - pretty robust too.
And I certainly wouldn't want to step on it barefoot.

Can someone help me find one of these please

Sorry, should've put this one to bed. I ended up getting a couple of Lava kits and tidied more board right up. Got a few more bits to make and a missing part (from Lava) to sort and then all done. -
An old tobacco or sweetie tin ? I think I'd be after something metal - it's going to be underfoot even of you're not treading on it. That said, the Super Fuzz Boy is very very cool.
So far my ideas are either an N64 rumble pack (though it's not smaller), or possibly building a small lego enclosure for it.

Morning all, This could probably go in accessories and misc, but it'll be going on my board so I've put it in effects. A while back OBBM made me up a great cable to allow the use of wired IEMs and at the time, I tried a behringer Headphone amp as a cheap experiment. Either way the experiment failed after the amp blew. The cable was put back in the drawer until I discovered it again recently and set about trying it again. After reading a few reviews, I've gone and ordered one of these... Then I started thinking about power. It runs on a 9v battery and the whole thing needs to be taken apart to change it. Not very convenient, especially when the buggar is Velcro'd in place. To resolve this I've ordered a diago battery adapter thing, and though of drilling a whole in the side and thus making it PSU friendly. That set off another thought. If there's no battery inside it, I could maybe reduce the size of it. Then I found this... At first I started thinking just a smaller metal enclosure, but felt inspired by my super Fuzz boy... So. Any thoughts? Suggestions? Cheers, James

Morning all, This morning I received an email containing "exciting news about your recent gear4music order" but it wasn't exciting at all. The delivery date has changed which leads me to believe that they never received their delivery on Friday. My estimated delivery date is now 15/05/17. However, I have a hunch that this may change as Thomann's delivery isn't due until the end of the month. Either way, I'll keep this updated.
This could be pretty handy, as I spent close to 2k on my current pedalboard and seems a bit pointless taking it to less important gigs. Is it possible to use the "fuzz" without the envelope filter?
As soon as I get it, I'll let you know. My main reasons for getting it, was (like you) it being small enough to take to lesser profile gigs whilst still having an effects selection, but for bigger gigs taking both and running my board through the effects loop on it. In addition to the above, I'm also keen to try it with my upright. Leave the amp and cab at home and Di straight out of this board into the pa. Nice easy set up for me.

Just spotted this in an episode. I chuckled, thought I'd share it in case others missed it. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=i46vNV9RraE

Valve overdrive pedal. Designed for guitar but works very well with bass. No longer needed. As new condition apart from the Velcro. Includes box and can be posted for a bit extra. Great pedal but no longer required, still in great condition and I'll even include the Velcro stuck on the bottom. Includes box and can be posted (for a bit extra). Fantastic little bit crusher type pedal. Has bass, guitar and keyboard modes, but I found the guitar and keys worked best with bass, but all depends on the sound you want I guess. Considering I've toured with it and had it for years, it's still in great condition.
I've never seen such a thing, I'd probably go for the straight one into something along these lines. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/6-35mm-MONO-Jack-Male-Plug-to-Female-Socket-Right-Angle-Adapter-90-Degrees-1-4-/361613820199
My thoughts exactly. Thats the closest thing I've found so far. -
Morning all, OK, so I've spent most my morning searching for this and can't. What I'm after is a male to male right angle jack. I've seen you can get straight connectors and offset ones too (mooer do them). However, I need a right angle. No cable, just a solid male/male connector. Cheers, James
