Hi there, my name is Sallie, I'm 27 and I'm a late bass bloomer! Great to meet you all! I've just started having lessons at a local music school, and I have a great teacher who has lots of experience as a bass player! Apart from a few clarinet lessons at school I am a complete beginner to music but bass guitar is what I've always wanted to learn - I love the sound of it and I grew up listening to Queen and watching John Deacon play. I would have learned a lot sooner but I just had zero confidence in myself, I still feel really nervous and totally not worthy lol. Anyway, I hope I can make some friends on this forum, build some confidence, get some advice and just learn, learn, learn!
