    I've always had my compressor before my OC2 and it tracks much better, I don't have any distortion issues with my Spector and it has a very powerful East circuit. For the tone your looking for, id suggest the EBS octabass, it tracks really well and very clean! Sometimes come up on here quite cheaply 😆 I really liked my old Aguilar octamiser as well, but still daft money.

    looks like bearfist has solved the problem! I use the diago boosters on either end of my gigman and they work perfectly, the also look exactly the same as the pedal floor, so job done

    Chatted with Andy for years in this site, and always found him a very knowledgeable and down to earth guy. I had the pleasure to buy a very lovely acoustic bass from him, that he night during a drunken GAS attack; and im very glad he did. Bass arrived exactly when he said it would and correspondence was flawless and entertaining , came close to dealing with him in the past and glad we could do business. An absolute top bloke, highly recommend

    ive one of these and I love it! apart from the fact it sounds fantastic as a preamp to drive my powered cab, the headphone amp is the best I used. Fantastic little box -bump
