  2. Typical this was exactly what I was looking for a few months ago, but got an audere fitted instead, I think I'd prefer this

I've got a Washburn AB10, that's about £350 ish new, and going second hand for about £200 ish, great bass for the money, tuners are a bit cheap, but a lovely skim neck and the pre/piezo sound good plugged in, slim body too, but needs an amp, I have black nylon labellas on mIne and it sounds great or indeed the much nicer AB 20/30 sometimes come up on here.

I would dearly love this bass back, I only moved it on as a part of a trade for a ken smith, which I eventually had to sell, I notice the nice pearl plate I got for it has been jettisoned, a fantastic bass and very striking in the flesh,great punchy musician sound and a great neck, I was extremely fond if this bass, still trying to pass my driving test (very exoensive)and a new baby girl on the way, so will not have the cash for this in a while, I will keep my eye out for her though.
  16. These are great basses, i have the later AB10 and it sounds great, the older models have better preamps and probably much better made, i wish this was available when i got mine- bump
