  1. I once had a old Tokai jazz in lake placid blue ,that faded to a green colour. I managed to source a mint pearloid guard for it and it looked ace ๐Ÿ˜
  2. Don't worry, I'm more likely to get a cream pearl ๐Ÿ˜
  3. Actually that might look nice on my 425 too๐Ÿค”
  4. I've no use for this, but if I could afford it, I'd bexstraighrvin there. Cool pedal with a cool name ๐Ÿ˜
  5. Daryl always in the right place at the right time! His mate Vince Wilburn was Miles Davies Nephew and recommended him for the miles gig. Daryl is a hell of a player though "You're under arrest" was constantly on my turntable as a youngster. I think He and Steve Jordan will really drive that band.
  6. Im not even going to listen to this๐Ÿ˜‚ IMO Guns and Roses only had one good album in them! But what an album, I think if you only created Appetite for Destruction, you could die happy, a perfect Album.
  7. My wife's been made a mod, and she's fed up of me talking to you.
  8. If i login via WIFI everything's fine, however logging in with mobile 4G shows me as "Banned" never do much had a crossed word in 13 years of being a member. Any idea if is my mobile provider at fault?
  9. Lovely! So do you have all of the effects (incl compressor) in the FX loop?

    New pedal day

Brilliant you got one in the end!!
  12. I really enjoyed that! Thanks for sharing ๐Ÿ˜
  13. Yeah I have it set in paralell with the C4! Sounds amazing ๐Ÿ˜
  14. Mrs Travis is a rare woman!
  15. Having another shuffle about, and as my C4 is covering a whole range of synth sounds, it's time to give someone a crack at this classic fuzz pedal. There's a pedal I'm after,If it goes I will withdraw this. It's a silicon fuzz with a 3 way subs switch (none/a bit/loads of bass) and a gate. It's basically the mighty wooly mammoth but has an input impedance so it doesn't go crazy with active basses/buffers. If your into octave/fuzz/filter combos, then this is the one to have, using the Gate can get you from classic fuzz tones, all the way to spitty Velcro sounds, which is where this pedal shines. It is in mint condition and comes with the original box (Yes you heard right a box!!!) It has high quality Velcro on the bottom and is pedalboard ready. SOLD

    Preamp

I have the EBS Microbass 2 (third one I've owned now) and I have used these on tours without a rig. You have the ability to plug in and switch between two different basses. It has overdrive and the fantastic HD350 pre amp ,A mute function and headphone amp. As previously stated the DI is very high quality and I've always got good comments from sound engineers when using it. It also has a effects loop so you can plug in your toys. No aux in (there is on the MB3) but the FX return can be used as an aux in.
  17. And SOLD!! Hope I don't regret this ๐Ÿ˜‚
  18. My modest Trio 82 JV Squire jazz Highway one Fender P bass Musicman Sterling Plus BB 425 for 5 string duties and PJ tone ๐Ÿ˜
  19. Cool! Happy Bidding ๐Ÿ˜
  20. I know what you mean! I feel the same way about the FEA optifet, but I need cash to pay for a fretless I've talked myself into. It was either this or my CogT70 ๐Ÿ˜‚
  21. I've always found the pickup surrounds add a touch of class. The BB basses used to be far more elegant than fenders. It's a shame they've mutated the design to be more Fender like.
  22. The fantastic Cali76 compact bass! Been a favourite of mine for quite a while,How ever id like to get back into fretless and as I've not gigged for ages and not likely to for a while,I'll let this go and hope Fully it'll get a bit more use. Its a very versatile and intuitive pedal, lots of control yet very easy to dial in. Features a blend control for parallel compression, to really give you the best of both worlds with natural dynamics plus the smoothing and fattening of the compression. It also has a sidechain HPF so the compression sensor will frequency dependent (Really adds bottom, by not actually compressing it as much) the Attack/release is on one knob and i love this as it makes finding the best sounding combo so easy. It has a beautiful 60s style FET preamp section that just adds brightness and "pop" to your signal, it works really well on passive basses as a tone enhancer. It is in very good condition save for a tiny ding in the front, it has the original box and has high quality Velcro on the bottom. I'll include a Dunlop 18v power supply too. SOLD
