    Im selling my Tokai 83 MIJ factory lined fretless jazz. It's in immaculate condition with a recently sanded rosewood board.very light Alder body in a slightly greenish lake placid blue and I've replaced the scratchplate with a mint green pearl guard and new chrome knobs (I have the original pickguard, which had warped over time and didn't fit properly but will be included) It has the reverse gear tuners as per 60's and currently fitted with Dunlop super bright nickels. This is a future collectors item as it is in fantastic condition for its age and sounds amazing. Everybody knows how great these are and a forerunner to Fender Japan The build quality is on par with the 82 Squire JV that I own ( and are going for silly money) It also comes with a tweed hard case (it's very tatty but functional). I'll be wanting Β£515 incl UK only delivery.Apologies but I do not want to post overseas! οΏ½οΏ½ I've ran out of pic storage,so I can email more pics to any interested parties οΏ½οΏ½

    Wow! A great idea,is the MM pickup wired series or parallel? I would say series by the tone😁 I'm not sure of the wonky headstock,but it does look/sound great

    As you know,I've just sold my mastatron! And I'm kicking myself πŸ˜” i do have a tech 21 red ripper which is worth a look if you can find one. I deliberated between the two and the red ripper is more versatile, but takes a lot more tweaking to get a great synth sound out of than the mastatron,when mixed with octave and filter. 3 leaf doom too or a Crowther prunes and custard,they are on the more expensive end though 😁

    I've always been a massive fan of Randy Crawford! I remember getting the Secret Combination album and it changed my life! It was my introduction to Abraham Laboriel who is my favourite player amongst a million other favourite players 😁 I still get shivers in the track trade winds when he slides up to a 10th double stop. Another amazing Randy album and my personal fave is "Raw Silk" Will Lee and Abe Laboriel are just perfect on every track. Will lee's tone on "declaration of love" is still my benchmark 😁
