1. I'd love this! But low on funds at the mo!! Have a bump πŸ˜†
2. I have an old badass I Bought used in 1995 on my 82 Jv squire jazz!! Always has felt and sounded great!!! Will deffo be trying one of these kickass bridges on my 83 tokai fretless jazz, as I love what these bridges do to a jazz, they just work. Never liked badasses on a P bass though, dont work IMO To my point, kickass for me, if it nails the badass vibe
3. Did a compressor trade with Dan for his Diamond! Delivered super quick and pedal on fantastic nick! Quick comms! Everything spot on πŸ˜†
4. Wow that's a bargain!! Always skint when these come up at great price πŸ˜•
5.
Cheers, I've bought something from him recently actually so maybe he will return the favour! Thanks for the heads up, I'll drop him a line now
replied to on 24 aug, but reply not read
6. This bass is a massive bargain and im amazed it's still here at this price. You will not get a bass this good for Β£820.
7. These are great! even without the mods! I'd be very tempted if I had the cash πŸ˜†
8. My first decent bass was one of these vantages! I bought it from a lad at school for Β£20 and used it for a couple of years but replaced it with an Ibanez musician. I wish I still had both of those basses! I found the vantage to have a nice warm P like tone (it had a dimarzio) and used it to record with at college (regrettably I don't have them) and I loved the tone.
9. 3 times in 26 years of playing! 2 times in my first year of playing over slapping on really cheap strings and once backing a caberet at a holiday park.it was 20 years ago and I was playing light swing and motown at the time πŸ˜† ive just jinxed myself now, better make sure I've spares πŸ˜…
10. My wife treats my basses/gear with mild indifference, much like a cat! she reluctantly let me put them on the wall when we moved to a bigger house and she just rolls her eyes when I mention gear. She was happy to spend the money ive made over the years playing on handbags and shoes though!!!! On the plus side my daughters love em! Especially the pretty blue one πŸ˜‚
11.
So my pedal that had a box over it on my board pic when i posted......i can talk about it now
The 3 leaf Octavbre killer!!(tongue in cheek πŸ˜†)very cool indeed! I bet it's pricey though (worth every penny im sure) To Colin B re filters From reading Toms website; it's two T65's (each with its own low pass filter for the down octave,to go from synthy to smooth) the third sub channel seems to be just the octave down (no clean or up) to emulate the classic OC2 but with the added bonus of a seperate filter for the sub octave. Brilliant!!!!! Imagine one set for a smooth clean octave down a la EBS, then switch to a toothy gritty mutron tone with a dirty octave up,then stomp on a dubby OC2 style tone!!! I need one of these πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜† love it!!
12. That T70 looks incredible!! I want one with some nice star wars artwork on πŸ˜†. MInd you! anyone selling on a T65/T16? πŸ˜‰

14. Had a bit of a downsize! And gone down to the bare basics πŸ˜† id still love a fuzz (you're Doom) and my tuner isnow in the tuner out on my Glockenklang. I think a Metro 20 is in order!
15.
...a nugget of purest Green. Still for sale
brilliant πŸ˜‚ have a bump for a bass id really love!
