  7. I played in a Jam tribute for a bit (mates, they needed a dep) and as i learned all the songs, I realised how much of an influence he was. He plays some really melodic stuff and his fills are great and his energy too Have a great retirement Bruce

  15. I use Armstrong pickups in Kent. Aaron is the son of Kent Armstrong He's done a couple of rewinds for me and they've been fine

  18. went to see a mate's band last night Smallish pub. Bass player was using Ampeg SVT and a marshall 8x10 I got up to play a few Beatles numbers, wow the bass was a bit lively
  19. we had a chat with him after the gig, they all came out from backstage an we went to Graham, a) because no one else did and b) we wanted to tell him what a bloody great job he did. He had A Thunderbird and got a great sound

  22. ESE was Eric Snowball Great shop and a fountain of information was Eric He knew about electronics IIRC he made his own PA stuff and we all rented stuff from him at some point Whatever you have there will be very good quality I bought my first Trace Elliot from him back in 1987
