1. Hi, I'm selling this incredible little head, Quilter Bass Block 800, in NEW conditions. I bought it and it had the known white noise problem some users reported on talkbass forum... sent it directly to Quilter Labs in the USA and it's fixed now. Selling only becouse it sounds too similar to my Markbass SD1200, virtually identical tone when set flat... so, I prefer to keep the Markbass to preserve the aesthetics of my rig (Markbass cabs). I can say it's totally impressive, if you have played some of the ICE power 700 heads... this is on a new level of power, headroom and heft. It's super fast in its response to the touch, like the SD1200 and stays focused at high volumes. No problems finding good EQ settings with the Depth and Contour controls, simple and fast! The head is in new conditions with its original box, EU power cable, owner's manual and original bag. I'm based in Italy, can ship it with courier, bank transfer payment. I would say no trades but, while I prefer cash, I know I could be interested on something different... you never know, PM me if you have something to offer.
2. If you want a high F the only one possible is the pyramid .020 nickel flatwound, it's perfect on a 34" scale, more tension but I use it with chromes or rounds and I lower the action to compensate in this case.
3. Hi, I'm selling a set of Bartolini Pickups 59J SET L1 + LN1 jazz 5 string single coils, I found the set on a Ken Smith Burner but I replaced them with the original Ken Smith set, so these are for sale. They are in perfect conditions and perfectly working. They are the long-long set, hum-cancelling and they sound as expected! Price include shipping in EU.
4. I already bought the burner, I'm waiting it to arrive... , so I've to cover that, I think I can't trade for the moment, sorry.
5.
At this price this is a steal! GLWTS!
Thank you, it's an amazing instrument with Woods, electronics and finishes that usually go for much more money than that... and I'll add the GruvGear strap at this price too.
6. It's around 4,7 kg but it's really well balanced, when you pick it you feel the weight, when you have it on strap it's hard to say it's heavy and I play a 3,9 kg 5 string and 4,2 kg 8 string, I can't feel much difference when on strap...
7. Price drop to 1600€! I've found a Burner to buy so now I need to cover that.
8.
Nicest Ibanez I've ever seen... Also, what's that bass in your signature photo??
I don't know if you missed the post of my 8 string... and I noticed, we apparently like multistrings and we have the same amp, different cabs (I have two markbass 804 with "ferrite" magnets), but same SD1200 (incredible head in my opinion!). The Ibby is still here protected in its case.
