I was kind of hoping it'd be something like Orange trees or something... Zach

Hey guys, got a pair of EMG 45HZ six string pickups for sale or trade. I would have put them in my bass, only I suck at wiring, and I don't have the cash to pay someone to do it. These are in brand new condition, and I only took the packaging off to make sure everything was in there, and see how I'd put them in. Price wise, I'd say £80 for the pair, or offer me something interesting for trades. Zach

The Blackstar HT Dual is a pretty non-farty distortion, but it is somewhat pricy compared to the rest of the suggestions. Zach
I'm currently tinkering with one of these: Its quite good but as its a guitar pedal, its going to need a little more work to get the tone REALLY nailed. I'm very pleased with it so far though!
Just got one of those earlier, played it in anger half an hour later at practice, Christ it sounded so good. I love this pedal. Zach

I'd love this, if you weren't left handed. It's a really cool design spec man, can't wait to see it finished. In 50 years ;D Zach

Hey guys, selling off my Whammy as it never gets used any more, since my AX3000B has a reasonable pitchshifter, which I barely use anyway. Pretty good condition, except maybe for a few scratches, nothing major, clearly doesn't affect the sound. Great pedal. I will include both the original US power supply and a UK power supply, on of those Maplin jobs with the switchable voltage's. I'm open to trades for anything cool, mainly looking for a good distortion, but will consider anything else you have. Price wise, probably around £120 including postage. Not too fussed about selling it, since I don't desperately need the cash, so I'll probably just wait for the right offer, but it's not like I can do any worse than say no if you want to make an offer to me. Pictures upon asking, since my camera sucks, and I've lost the lead, so it'll probably take a few hours to get them uploaded. Zach EDIT: Now on hold for Nash.

NEW RIG DAY Ampeg SVT-3 pro with Barefaced Compact PICS
Jarhead replied to Prime_BASS's topic in Amps and Cabs
Munkonthehill- deal is done I'll edit this thread when my new head arrives. Jarhead- what's your band called? We were billed to play the central on the 29th, although our queer singer decided he would rather see some band, although he expects to phone in sick at work when we have a sudden gig, douche. He's a good kid really. Machinehead- I love the sound of the compact, alex actually said to me that I should add a midget, but I do t need that extra mid range that I can't get with an EQ tweak using the compact. So I just want a compact sound but MOAR!!! I think if my new head arrives I'll update this thread with pictures of that aswell, hopefully with a better camera than my iPhone. If anyone is looking at this and wondering about barefaced compact, do it! Although I don't want alex to be too busy when it comes to me having the money for another compact. On the head though. The SVT-3 pro is a great head I'm surprised that there isn't a few more out there on the Market, if I had the spare ash I maybe would have thought about an SVT-6 pro, just for the apgrade in power. But I'm sure I'll be more than happy with what I'm getting instead. Plus wieght lose aswell is a factor.
My band is BuryTheLadybird. We played their on the 10th of March I think it was, a battle of the bands. Zach -
Yup that's the second time we have played there hopefully will again soon.
I might be playing there soon, I think. Or was it The Central again... Zach -
One from our last photo shoot (that inspired this thread). This is just the first one, many thanks to the might Chris Seddon in Derby who took these shots and was a top bloke.
Hey, I think I recognise that bass... Zach

I have so much love for valve amps for that sweet sweet tone, but I have absolutely no money to even consider buying one. However, should my dad land the next work contract, I will be running down to Rattle and Drum Music in Derby, and buying myself an Ashdown BTA400 with 2 4x10 cabs to go with it. I cannot wait. Zach
Still waiting on the new bits turning up... But I got bored and had half an hour spare earlier so I broke out the paint brushes... It's not great but looks cool from eye level to pedal board level and is a little more interesting than a plain pedal!
That's actually a really nice design. If I had a looper that was plain, I would have to steal that idea Zach

As soon as I get one, I'm fairly sure the VT Bass Deluxe will not be switched off. I can't wait to get hold of one. Zach
