I watched the YT video. I had no idea what was going on due to the lack of explanation — he could at least put some captions onscreen if he's afraid of his voice. So is that the finished logo? Are those acrylic shapes just screwed onto the headstock and it's job done? I though they were going to be inlaid flush or something else less amateur looking. He's certainly no Ted Woodford when it comes to showcasing his skills on video.

Guitarist managed to smack his telecaster into his nose when putting it on causing it to continue bleeding onto his shirt throughout the set. Then there was the charity gig to raise money for a young chap to go towards a new electric wheelchair. We didn't have a setlist so the singer was calling the songs. For some reason he started the set with 'Up on cripple creek' not making the connection that it might not be the most appropriate song in our repetoire.

I've just taken delivery of a secondhand HX Effects from Andertons. Really chuffed that it looks absolutely mint and even came with the original box, PSU, USB cable and about a dozen bits of paper & plastic bags. My plan is to be able to create some bass settings for it, including making use of the stereo input with rick-o-sound on my 4003 to process each pickup separately. Can anyone recommend any good YouTube videos for learning how to use the HX Effects & HX Edit? I've managed to connect it to my MacMini & use HX Edit to update the unit to 3.80.0, then I reset it to the original factory presets to remove all evidence of the previous owner's apparent obsession with U2 & David Gilmour. Beyond that I'm flummoxed — I'm thinking I might even need to read the manual.

I don't think bass meetups have ever been described as such. I don't know whether there has been a MAGA bass meetup though, so I could be wrong.

I don't currently use a multifx although I do own a Zoom B3 which hasn't seen action for a number of years. I currently use a pedalboard populated with boss compact pedals. I have been considering a purchase of either an HX Stomp or HX Effects to take advantage of the dual inputs to have two separate fx chains using ric-o-sound from my 4003, however given the age of those units, I will probably wait until replacements with more processing power are available as I am in no hurry.
