Gotoh Tuners are top quality and you can get left handed ones: https://www.gluedtomusic.com/products/1925/gotoh-fb30-jazz-p-style-bass-tuners-4-in-line-left-handed-nickel-cloverleaf/
The wall of text in times roman capitals has given me a headache but I think my assessment is correct: It never been near Jaco - its a fender jaco signature jazz that has had the neck epoxied by Jaco's bass tech.
After buying so many instruments in 2022 that I have run out of places to hide new ones from the missus, I have resolved to buy no new guitars or basses in 2023. That said, now I have seen the cherry newport, I really want one.
I've seen Justin Meldal-Johnsen on TV appearances with St Vincent where he was playing either his Fender Signature, mustang or possibly the original '67 the signature is based on—but he did also played a Hofner club bass for a bit of variety. I don't play my JMJs due to them being associated with Mr Meldal Johnsen, but due to them being excellent instruments in their own right.
I bet this looked a lot better in his imagination before he ripped the frets out and applied that hideous finish. Must be a regret sale as he feels a bit sick and ashamed every time he looks at it.

I hope he takes it easy
I’m looking at which harps to get once I feel that I’m at a level where I’ll need some more keys. The box set of seven Fender midnight blues looks good—These appear to be rebranded Easttop T008K which seem to be well regarded. Alternatively if I’m feeling a bit posh, I might go for the Hohner Rocket Amp set of five with the funky green combs which are like upgraded special 20s.
One thing I don’t understand is why I see harmonicas listed for sale on Cash Converters website. Not only is it a gamble whether all the reeds actually work, but ugh— who’d want to put their mouth on a secondhand harp of unknown provenance—even after cleaning it?
