I sold a guitar on Reverb. Booked the evri via Packlink on Wednesday on a 24 hour service as I didn't want it sitting in a depot over the weekend. It was picked up Thursday so should have been delivered on Friday, but wasn't.
I have been trying to find out what's happening and this is the tracking info on evri's site:
I'm not sure why they are saying it is bigger than expected — I entered the correct weight and dimensions when booking the delivery. Trying to find more info I discovered different tracking information on the Packlink site:
Evri's automated phone system seems to be designed to infuriate and after going through various options which offer no new information, it hangs up with no chance to speak to a sentient being.
I'm now waiting for someone at evri, and someone at packlink to get back to me with an update.
