1. Its got two tone controls but dont ask me why
2. So i bought a maple neck from Hong Kong before xmas for what was to be a natural finished precision, anyway at the weekend i noticed tommorichards had a cheap Stingray body for sale that A: had the same neck pocket dimensions as my neck and B: wouldnt sound like my other precision and whats more he wanted a speaker i was selling so the deal was done. it arrived today at 1.30pm by 3.30pm it was wired up, strung, plugged in and playing and sounding very nice on a set of flats, its got a remarkably low action considering it was a brand new undrilled neck. Im chuffed with how its turned out for such a small outlay this is definitely my `Budget` budget bass oh yeah i had a spare headstock logo so it would have been rude not to use it

14. nothing on the Ashdown, isnt that the one thats now located at the power socket?
15. why has he put 2 miss matched control knobs on when the black originals matched the rest of the hardware? `touch of class`? cheap and tacky more like! and why has he swapped the neck humbucker out for a flamin jazz bass pick up? the blokes an idiot.
16. ive checked the one thats located in the power socket, are there more?
17. I must be really unlucky when it comes to amps, i bought a Berhinger last year practiced with it once and it never worked again, today i practiced with a new band for the first time since buying a second hand Ashdown EB180 which worked when i bought it and worked when i got it home but i practice through a smaller combo in the house so its been stood 2 months, plugged it in at the rehearsal rooms switched it on and..........nothing, tried a different socket.still nothing tried a different power lead.......you get the picture. Its not the fuse as ive checked it its really hacked me off, does anyone know anywhere in the north east that fixes amps? i really dont want to fork out another few hundred quid for another one
