Dread Bass

I saw them in nottingham rock city. I think it was steve digiorgio on Human but i would need to check. I know that death used Sean reinert and Paul masvidal from cynic on that album.

Wow it was pretty amazing both bass players were amazing. I love Sean Malone and the guy from opeth is immense. It was not the bass player who recorded the new album but the one from the previous album i think. Anyone else like these two bands or see them this tour?

where do you practice? was it the same place both times? something is def going on here

I have the same preamp as you they are great. Im using an older ADA power amp which puts out 5oo watts which is plenty loud only thing is it weighs a sh*t load.

i bought a richard bona album from his site and he signed if fom me i didnt even ask. that is cool

Hi Mate thanks for asking We decided to leave the guitar shops. We walked down from st pancras to shaftsbuy av. We timed it wrong though and ended up going back through crowds of people outside the pub. Almost ended in a few skuffles. After that we just went back to the hotel and chilled out. The next day we went to Camden as my girlfriend Naomi loves gothic clothes. Next time we may check a few out. We will see I just found out HOTROX is in Nottingham so i think we are going to go there for my present.

Hamster was yours exactly the same? i looked through the aria club on talkbass and couldnt find a fretted one like mine with a maple F/B and i didnt see any with the same logo as mine.

I was thinking about an ACG filter actually ever since i tried bigredxs pedulla. I dont no though then the preamp would cost 5 times as much as the bass cost me.

mod wise im thinking new black hardware including badass bridge and tuners, paint headstock black new pickups depending on the sound possibly delaneos or wizard. The question is active or passive. hmmm

Just won a bass on ebay. Bought it mainly as a backup but also to mod and to have something light to have about the house. Also fancied a 4 string with a maple fingerboard for a while. Dont know much about them anyone else got one? It looks like a mab? series but dosnt have that on the head stock. If it is it means it was built in the early 90s which looks about right.
