    I bought a neck from Dan, It was the best packed item I have bought from basschat!!! I've not fitted the neck yet but it looks fine. I'd buy or sell with Dan again with no worries. Top Guy all round. Thanks, Anth.

    SOLD- Here we have what looks like an ash precision body. I bought it second hand for a project but I'm after a sea foam green, sonic blue, or something else As I already have an Fender 79 Precision & a Fender Jap 75 Reissue both with ash bodies I think 3 Ash basses maybe a bit much! Its a shade under 3KG's in weight, the neck pocket is approx 63 to 63.5, I have tried a squire neck into it & its a dash tight so maybe a bit of fine sanding around the pocket could be needed. Price is £80 plus postage which should be around £12 or so Any questions please fire away & check my feedback for piece of mind. Anth

    For my RB 5 string I ended up using parcel2go & the service was UPS. Its cost £89 including £1000 for loss & £100 for damage. It got picked up 23/10/13 so I'm hoping it gets to the buyer in good time. I'll update with more info once it lands in Sardinia.

    I did ask the guy to arrange his own courier but he said that it would be really difficult to do so. I will double check with some more couriers as I would hate for the bass to get lost or damaged. It's a bit of a tricky one as I went through all the options I could find & parcelforce seemed ok. I'll have a search around & let you know how I get on.

    I use parcelforce & have never had any problems, i have sent basses in a hardcase but if that's not possible then I've removed the neck from the body where possible. If its a fixed neck then a hardcase is a must IMO You could try www.interparcel.com
