4. Hi guys I picked this great and loud little sucka up from a BCer who had it up in the bass gallery a few months ago but I'm now sorting myself out an eden rig involving a 12" cab so will use that for the portable stuff now. Great nik, works perfectly. SOLD Bless, Ash
5. and that includes ken smiths, alembics, sei's, sadowsky, etc.
6.
Since I got my ACG have to say... you want it 'cause you instinctively know how it's going to play... perfectly. If it was a five or six I'd be in a cold sweat RFN... P.S. you know; and I know you know; and you know I know you know... it makes sense... If you've not played one your really owe it to yourself. smarmy, smug ACG owner...
you said it man this was mine and it's the easiest bass to play ive ever held
7. Hi Geoff, Sorry mate - Eden has got me gassin!
8. PM'd re pedaltrain
9. Thanks guys but I've managed to make my mind up on a rig to work towards building now: a 210xlt 2 x 112xlt's and a seperate head (most probably a wt550)
10. Hi Geoff, I've been looking at the Eden route, but what you got?
11. Dan bought a DHA VT1 off me. Instant payment, dealings smooth as one could ask for plus he's a very amiable fella! Highl reccomend
12. Oldman and Muzz, you've got it right lads! It's an extremely solid, clear and versatile rig. While gassing for a change, I know that I won't find anything this light and versatile for anywhere near the same money! Btw anyone who doesn't realise: these have neo cones and are therefore approx 25kg a piece meaning a total rig weight of just 50kg for a 730watt 210&115 rig!!! (hmmm why do I feel like I'm talking myself out of this) :-/
13. Hi Tom, Possibly mate but not 100 sure. I'll drop you a pm Ash
14. Lol 350 miles!!!? Thanks for the offer anyway dude!
15. Hi mate and welcome! You new to state an asking price pal. Tis the forum rules
16. Secondly the above, if any kind soul has a form of xst can I'd be interested in hearing that also as I want to consider my tonal preference vs te xlt
17. Hi chaps, I am currently gassing after a different rig! I am extremely keen to hear an Eden Metro after all the great things I've read as I'm considering this with a second eden cab underneath as a modular system. I also want to hear some Aggie gear but that's MUCH easier to find in stores. So here comes the heartfelt plea.... Seeing as Eden Metros (or any D range gear for that matter) seems to be rarer than golden pidgeon poo in stores in and around London, are there any super kind owners who would accommodate me for 20 mins so I can hear the tonality first hand with one of my basses??? God bless BCers! Ash
18. Sold - thanks everyone
19. Alan bought my Thumb bass from me and entrusted me to visit his family to deliver it in his absence. So I didn't get the pleasure of meeting Alan in person but I have nothing but good things to say about him after dealing with him remotely and meeting his family. Top BCer and sterling fella!
20. Ha! Whoops I resurrected this thread-from-the-dead! came across it in a search and missed the '12' bit
21. VT1 sold pending the usual!
