7. BASS NOW SOLD Hi Guys, Regrettably letting go of this mojo machine to raise some funds. Two tone Japanese '57 reissue from '93 or '94 from the serial. All original except the tort plate. Great player, super vintage tone. I bought the bass with the last year and have since given it to Martin at the bass gallery to give it a complete stone and set up and now have it playing with a low action as per my tastes. Grat playable condition and aesthetically good apart from a couple bits when up close: The head's finish has lifted slightly as you can see. I have kept a very close eye on this and it's static (not getting worse) - I had Martin's opinion and he assured me it wouldn't do so. Secondly, the lacquer on the body has some hairline cracking. Not the wood of the wood joins. This is where the bass's wood must have expanded due to a sudden temperature change at some point and resettled. Again, the guys at bass gallery assured me its fine. It's the kind of thing I never notice when playing it, holding it or looking at it but I want to give all the details to you. Apart from those couple if imperfections, it's a great playable and rather light P with solid hardware etc. as per 57 spec and a really vintage tone. Will follow up with some photos and weight. I would prefer a Croydon collection or London/surrounding areas meet as I don't have a hard case to send it in at the moment. BASS NOW SOLD

 15. Hi guys, Trying to raise some funds so putting my pork loin pedal up. Bought brand new recently, all the boxing and candy, 100% mint never gigged. ***NOW TRADED*** In the photo of the candy you can see the rubber feet which go back on between the screws and the chassis (no glue involved). Velcro is currently pinned under screws - not stuck on with adhesive - like I said: properly as new.
