1.
I should have bought it. Just landed on a couple of those function gigs where you get a list of 35 songs to learn in 2 weeks. Well, youtube it is then
Aaahh... the dreaded "should I buy it or not" situation, then you wish you had too late! Done it a hundred times myself! Yeah YouTube is reasonably ok to learn stuff from, I have the tracks playing while reading the Bassmasta.com tabs and trying to wing it! Cheers again to Andy, 'twas a pleasure meeting you sir, and I'm sure you'll be happy with it.
2.
Very 'arty' pics........nice! G.
Cheers fella! Not my camera though, but thought it was best to try to show the stuff in the most detailed way I can. Come on people, make me an offer I can't refuse.....
3. Sold to a city Gent pending the usual....
4.
Have you tried working with copied audio cds? Just wondering/..... does it come with a PSU...
Yes mate its comes with the original power supply, and yes I've never had a problem with using copied audio CDs or CDR's/CDRW's. When I have to learn a new set list I usually make up a CD of the oroginal songs on my PC and burn it to disc, then keep going through it over and over. Hope this helps!
5. Roll up roll up, what we have here is my tascam CD-BTI bass CD trainer thingy. Had it a few years now but everything works fine on it, no issues with the lid or the CD laser or anything. The plastic casing has a few scratches on it, but really nothing major to report. These really are fantastic learning and practicing tools for bassists, and I really wouldn't be without one. They can slow down CD's and sample specific sections for you to go over and over until you've nailed them, and it's helped me learn literally hundreds of tracks. The only reason I'm sellling mine is that I'm looking to upgrade to the MP3 version as that will suit my needs better, and there's no point in having this sat around doing sweet fanny adams. Lets start the bidding at £45 delivered (and the delivery is probably gonna cost around £8 as the power supply is pretty weighty...) BUT.... if you can pick it up from either North or central London you can have it for a very reasonable £35. I'll get photo's up in the next day or two, but you know what they look like...
6. Will post some pics up as soon as I get chance but I'm sure you all know what these are like, standard elephant-ear Fender shaped tuners from my Squier VMJ bass, VMJ standard chrome bridge and I also have the string retainer tree up for grabs too. They all come with the screws to fit them, and it's all in excellent condition. Not sure what to ask really, but I'm open to offers and open to trades too. There's nothing I'm especially after, but I'm open to offers on anything bass-related, books/CDs, bass-albums, strings, prettty much whatever really. I'm in North London but work in Central, so collection would be fine or will easily post to wherever! Cheers y'all!
7. I've got a 5-string NT Chaos Obsession ( http://www.trabenbass.com/chaos_obsession.php# ) in flamed maple top and it's the tits, great modern sound and really lightweight for a decent sized fiver. The only problem I find is that the bloody thing constantly slides off your knee when you play it sitting down..... Mine doesn't have the pickup selector as extensive as yours does, just pickup blend, but it does have active/passive switching which I definitely like. BUT.... it's still nowhere near as nice to play as my 5-string Torrent.... really don't know why they discontinued them.
8. Just as all the above say, top banana bloke to get stuff off, I got my Jaco book through real fast and it was packaged great, so cheers me' old china!

I have 2 small practice amps, a peavey and an ibanez that are sat about doing bugger all. If you're anywhere near London I might be able to sort you out (fnar fnar....)
10. Is the Hartke J-Pup from the neck or bridge position? If its from the bridge then I'll take it fella...
11. The AB series are fantastic acoustics, and the AB-10s go for about £170-ish S/H, so I'd say £200-ish would be pretty fair. Unless you want to sell it to me that is, and then it would be worth exactly £120! }
12. If you'll ship one then I'd be interested in the other one, go on Ped.....
13. Interested in pics of the tuners and the EMG's
14. Im 6'6" and about 16 stone but it's not athletic build, I'm like a pepperami with a pot belly.

17. Yeah I bought mine from the good man above (cheers Chris!) and I wouldn't be without it now, they're bloody great and I even think I could get some great recording tones out of it. Have a bargain-bumpage on me!
18. I'll take the Brothers Johnston CD and the Kanye West CD off your hands if the price includes postage? Just let me know how you'd like payment dude, PayPal or bank transfer is all good for me...
19.
BJ - prefer cash but hit me with what you have
Don't suppose you'd be after a VMJ (w/black hardware, Fender PuPs and BadAss II bridge) plus cash from my way? Just a thought
