**NOW £400** (Make it go away price)
I'm moving to Germany in the middle of Feb. Make me an offer so I don't have to take it with me.
Would anyone be interested in buying my PA?

I'm looking for £600 all in, you'll have to collect from nr. Daventry, unless you live not far away and we can meet up to do the swap in a car park like some dodgy gangster film
We're moving to Germany in the middle of February, so If you want it buy it before then, or have a road trip to collect it. I'd rather not take it with me.
I bought a Squier Affinity Telecaster from Aidan. Fairly priced, exactly as described and excellently packed and shipped. Aidan was very communicative and fast to respond to questions or with updates.
A thoroughly good egg
This process, number 3, is also done wet with Tru-Oil slurry? The same process as grain filler but with finer grades of wet/dry?
What sort of wet/dry do you use, the normal car body repair stuff?
I asked this in Technical and Repairs, but I'll ask here as well, if I get some measurements can someone turn me three oak plugs for some inserts on some bench slats that are in the wrong place?
I don't know much about routers, but with a long follow bit could you use the existing control cavity as the template for the hole in the back and just rout straight through? One for the luthiers I think.
I'd just clamp it to the mill and go straight through with an end mill
No, clearly not, what were you thinking you complete numpty....
Metal is cut at a far lower speed than wood. As an example, to put a hole in mild steel you're looking at a drill speed of around 100rpm to start with and adjust a bit if it's struggling.
I wouldn't try milling 2mm sheet in any case and certainly not with a router, but then I may like my fingers more than you 😛
Go with @SpondonBassed's suggestion and drill and file it.
