  1. Hey! Up is my excellent Cranborne 500R8, if youre reading this you likely know what it is. Its an incredible full studio setup in a 4u Rack size, the quality of conversion and routing options makes this a truly unique and quite special beast. Listing it here on BC before I go and chop it in with MakeNoise or Studiocare, but just wanted to post in case another studio minded person was after a great unit for a bargain. Also selling 2 Elysia Skulptor 500 Series Pres. Photos incoming I travel quite a bit so meet ups are no problem
  2. This is priced for a quick sale, grab it here or grab it from BassDirect for £100 more in 2 weeks 😂
  3. You know the one! Possibly the greatest 210 in the world. This one is offered in good condition with the Bergantino Cover. Fairly light with proper Baltic Birch and Ceramic drivers, its not a cab to be messed with! Im travelling a lot atm so Happy to arrange meet ups if its convenient, otherwise collection from Liverpool. More than happy for people to come to the studio and give it a test drive. Specs Woofer: 2-10″ Ceramic Magnet Woofers w/ Vented Pole Pieces Tweeter: High Intelligibility HD Series Tweeter Cabinet Design: Ported Cabinet Material: Baltic Birch Plywood Cabinet Covering: Black Tolex Impedance: 8-ohms Power Handling: 400W RMS Crossover: Custom Phase-Coherent Crossover w/ Tweeter Control Frequency Response: 44hZ – 15KhZ Sensitivity: 99db @ 2.83v / 1-meter Dimensions: 18-1/2″H x 22-3/4″W x 12-1/2″D Weight: 54 Lbs Photos incoming this afternoon
  4. Hey! Long gone I'm afraid, I'll edit now
  5. This is another listing I might regret. Here is my A Designs REDDI tube DI with spare/alternate tubes and custom fitted Peli Case. You know the one! It's been serviced, recapped, and upgraded where possible by renowned tech Andy Free. It sounds phenomenal, and there's a range of tubes with it if you want to try a grittier sound. It's been exclusively used in studios and kept in the Peli, it's virtually mint. Based in Liverpool but shipping is no problem as its in the fitted Peli.
  6. Up is a mint GGI Rossie. This is easily one of the best digital filters I've had (I've had a lot). Having a massive clear out and as fun as it is I've got some other purchases lined up. About the Product Rossie is a dynamic multi-filter pedal, encompassing 3 essential tone-enriching filter effects: Envelope Filter - a colorful resonant filter that follows your picking dynamics Step Filter - a groovy, arpeggiated filter with fully adjustable steps. Manual Filter - great for static tone shaping or sweepable wah-like effect using an expression pedal. Price Includes UK postage. Would consider a Sansamp Fly Rig in part ex with cash your way if needed.

  7. Apologies. I haven't stopped this weekend. With an I coning tax bill, I'm VERY keen to sell 🤣
  8. I've had a lot of questions regarding weight. The luggage scale shows it at 5.3kg for anyone wondering Cal
  9. Will do tonight. I might relist them separately. I've decided I'm going to let both of them go
  10. For anyone interested, the Lakland is 4.8kg I'll get an accurate weight on the Fender MIM asap
  11. Up is my aguilar DB924, the proper old school aguilar sound. This is a 2 band boost only outboard pre, and sounds amazing, especially with my passive P's to give them more life before hitting the board. It's boxed and has mainly had studio use, but has been used for shows with Mica Millar to smooth out my sound. FOH loved it. The great gear clear out continues and I can't warrant keeping ANOTHER pre. Price includes UK Shipping.
  12. I might regret this..... Up is my beloved 1978 musicmaster. I'm just simply not using it as much as it deserves to be used, and the bass count is up to 15... so it's time for a cull. This is a great example in 8/10 condition with a couple of era appropriate knocks, but nothing major. It has has an Aero Pickup added to offset the usually weak stock pickups. It sounds open and full as it should. It also has Dunlop strap locks and is currently strung with Newtone Shorties to get the tension back up. As with all my basses it's had some tour and studio use but has been looked after and regularly set up by a pro tech. It's a cracking example of a great short scale Fender, with all the vintage mojo. You can hear it here: https://youtu.be/1UWMVVm1Zks?si=EjpDrzeYzISZ888H Based in Liverpool but travel a lot so meet ups are easily doable. I do also have a sturdy bass box so shipping is an option.
  13. Up is a great example of a Matsumoku built Pro 2 cardinal. Condition is 7/10 and has been professionally set up. The sunked metal bridge gives it crazy fundamentals and sustain, and the pickups are open with plenty of power, I particularly love the bridge pickup. Based in Liverpool but meet ups are doable. I do also have a box so shipping is possible. I'm having a huge thin out of my basses and just cant justify keeping it despite its mojo. Any questions drop me a DM!
  14. This is still here! So open to offers and trade/part ex for 2025!
  15. It is a corker. If I didn't have my sights on something else I'd be keeping it!
  16. His groove is just killer. I was fortunate enough to see him with The Fashion Bruises after the Humanoid album, it was in manchester academy 2 and there was about 50 people there, all 4 of them on stage were so so good
  17. Ahhh Jarod Lawson!! A friend burned me a CD of Jarrod and some Ole Borud stuff years ago and it was all great, some of the tunes on it I've struggled to find on streaming platforms. I think a deep dive a relisten is in order!
  18. Reviving this to add my love. He's one of my favourite artists, I've seen him several times in several set ups/line ups and every time he's been utterly killer. His Walk With Me live album is easily one my desert island disks. Met him a couple of times at shows too and he seems like a great guy
  19. Hello! A drummer friend has just very kindly given me an old Encore P. I actually love the trans blue finish, and it doesn't play to bad either! I already have 2 P's and I've got a fair bit of time on my hands, I was just after some inspiration for anything cool I could do with it! Obviously easy ones are BEAD or even a tent tuning. But just wondering if anyone's got any cool ideas. I'd love to do T Bird thing with it!
  20. My dad's a blue, so it's no surprise I'm leaning towards the Lakland
  21. Hadn't even thought of that 🤣🤣🤣 gotta be civil in Liverpool!
  22. Hey! Up is 2 fantastic jazz basses. I csnt decide which to keep, so they're both going up, whichever goes first I'll keep the other! I'm leaning towards the Lakland but I love them both for different reasons. No1. Fender MIM Deluxe This has been coverted to passive and has top quality components, has recently had a full proffessional rewire and set up by my tech. Condition is 8/10 Looking for £500 No.2 Lakland 55-60 This is just a cracking bass, presented as stock, if youre into 35" scale this is a beast. Condition is 7/10 with a couple of big chips around the back. Looking for £800 I travel alot so meet ups are doable. I do have a bass box at the moment so shipping is an option at cost. Any, questions, give me a shout! Cal
  23. Would love to get this gone this weekend
