Might have to sell this to get funds it is the LTD II model in the Sea Foam Green colour, has a couple of marks on the body. It would be shipped in a Hiscox case and I would be looking for £750 or swap for a CIJ / USA Jazz and cash. No pics as yet as I am at work. -

I sold it in the end as someone from the States wanted it so bad they paid me £350 for it, I love the pedal but found a modded Rat to emulate most of the tones, but I do miss it, wished someone would do something similar for a cheaper price.

Just noticed the Radial Bassbone does this but the EQ is quite transparent, hmm I like colour.

Is there any A/B loop pedal with built in EQ featuring a mid control? I want to move away from a Boss LS-2 and also need an Pre amp pedal for my clean sound on passive basses.

I think I have nailed it down to the pickup being too hot, making it more of an active sounding bass which to me always makes the distortion sound compressed. So I think that maybe a more vintage, noisier lower output pickup may suit better, as said above the SPB-1 but I do love Dimarzio pups so might try one of them.

At the moment I am using Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounders SPB-3 in my Precision trouble is when using distortion pedals the sound is very boomy and I cannot dial enough treble in, or maybe should I say mid range. The distortion sounds compressed compared to my US Jazz basses, I am wondering if there is a better pick up for my needs that will drive distortion pedals without this problem.
