Hi Pete, Medium I believe is just referring to the gauge as opposed to length, I fitted a set to 34" scale bass with no issue and plenty of length left. They are "clear" coated strings, they appear more grey in appearance rather than a bright chrome. For sale one used but in good condition MOTU 2408 audiowire interface, this unit can operate in standalone mode, it is used to convert analog signal input to a digital format, such as an ADAT or similar HDD recorder. Apologies for my initial mistake in listing.
