3. Welcome Into the Crypts of Rays, To Mega Therion, Into The Pandemonium, etc. Only 1 tip - get your missus to hide your wallet.
 4.
Is there any kind of Bass Bash etiquette?
How about 'Can I use my plectrum on your nice bass please Mr?' And 'Can I leave my belt and bracelet on?'
 5.
I have listed most of the currently available 1x12 cabs on the basschat wiki
Nice work, ta. I've added the Zoot 112 sensitivity (99dB) as it's not listed in their site yet.
 6.
Just been listnin to some old ozric tentacles stuff lately, the bass on the early stuff was class,i think Roly wynne was the bass player,i also just found out he has passed away! a few years back and it was suicide. How awful does anyone know what happened?
I agree - Roly was a fantastic player and very nice guy, but he didn't get on too well with acid, if I remember correctly. Halloween 1999, he passed away. RIP Roly. He played some good stuff with Damidge too.
 7.
I have an old steamer in the garage...
Me too, but she comes in to cook & clean.
 8. Ernie Ball stainless steel hybrid slinkys. This week anyway. Lo-riders went off after 1 gig, D'Addario nearly snapped the neck, Fenders were too quiet and the elixir came off the Elixirs far too quick for the price. Better then DR's tho.
 9.
Blues Bar Harrogate?? SR
Those cats at the front are digging it. Is the bloke on the left having a 'cabinet reshuffle' or reaching for his harmonica? Is the lady on the pints & the fella on the wine? Don't tell Al Murray
 10.
It this yet another facet of the British Nanny State. We have been running bashes for several years without any rules or etiquette and without problems. Why do we have to start now? Most BCers are responsible and considerate people.
Never thought of that - there's always the bar! Or outside for the smokers, not Clauster of course.
 11.
I think the idea of a bit of scheduled quiet time is a good plan.. Anyone else agree?
Aye.
 12.
...and it's always nice to know your equipment is working at it's best.
Ain't that the truth

You decide.
 14.
A BIN of £1450 is not much of a reduction for used equipment without warranty.
Watcha talkin' 'bout Willis? 'Also included in the auction is the amps power cable and speaker cable' and a £40 head cover f***ing bargain mate.
 15.
... but with ladies threads I think the blokes are ever hopeful for a bit of boobage....
Er, BUSTED!
 16.
there's something about that HH stuff isn't there ?
Chiropracty Welcome indeed.
 17.
Roger wilco - mail now sent...
Crikey, what a nice chap Martin at Ashdown is, repiled within the hour. 'Hi John Thanks for your email. Post is with the switch out. Hope that helps Regards Martin' That clears that up.

 20.
I own a similar combo to you, and I've always assumed that - Out = Pre EQ In = Post EQ Some of the buttons on the amp are quite confusing like that, but because Pre EQ is generally the accepted standard for DI'ing I presume that they've went the logical route by keeping the button in the Out position.
Makes sense, might see if they respond to an email too (be a first). Ta fellas.
 21. Would anyone be able to enlighten me as to whether the Pre/Post EQ button should be in or out for a pre-EQ send? The manual just gibbers on about the 'floating ground' etc, without cutting to the chase and telling me what's what. Obviously, I'd rather my stupidity manifested itself here than on stage. Ta, Lager. EDIT: Title ammended with solution
 22.
Do you know how to write a big band chart? Then f*** o**
I am currently perusing me Dad's 'Inside The Score' by Rayburn Wright, does this count? Don't understand a f***ing word of it like, it's not Andy McNabb or Chris Ryan is it? And the pictures are all black and white with lines and dots all over them So, any head and any cab? Are you sure? :brow:
 23.
The Omni10 is finished, sounding great, and will definitely be accompanying me to the Bash
Fantastic mate. Now we need a Shuttle to try through it....
 24.
that warmoth neck is gorgeous
Needs a good bloody clean if you ask me.
