1. Peavey Mark IV & Sunn 2x15 - brutal, wish I'd never sold it. I sold it for food / rent GAS though, so I can't complain too much
 2. Boss TU-2 - er, tuning & mute - EBS MultiComp - I don't want to compress the fuzz in case I need a bit of extra volume with it - Ashdown Hyperdrive - fuzz - Sansamp Para Driver DI - used as a clean / mid boost when needed (carefully though, 'cos the ABM's preamp is delicately set to give just the right amount of valveyness) and as a back-up should me amp give up. DI pre-eq from the front of the ABM
 3.
He's currently burning 4 bags of plant matter in the back garden. I'd have stuck around to watch but I don't have any snackfoods in the house.
Glad you haven't lost your sense of humour with all that sh*te going on. Good luck mush.

 6. Might I suggest one of these? Good sounds with no loss of bottom end///

 8.
...i was searching for information about Wizard pickups. They might replace the stock pickups on my Geddy Lee jazz.
Good man. 84's IMHO. Here's one of many comments on Wizards. Use the search function and you'll find a good few more! Welcome.... John.
 9.
Nah, it's more like: Gang of Precisions: "You're gonna get your fackin 'ead kicked in, you're goin' 'ome in a fackin ambulance, Chelsea Chelsea, etc" Lone Jazz: "Oh for god's sake grow up, you boorish neanderthal cretins." *old Ibanez Musician fretless turns up and arrests hooligan Precisions -- it's a Police bass, y'see...*
Coffee on keyboard / monitor / trousers. Again.
 10.
...the span from tip of thumb to tip of little finger is 24cm (17cm from Index to little) freak?
Er, yes. With the greatest respect of course.

 13. The first thing I noticed was the Hyperdrive review, reminding me I needed to buy one. So I did. Come on postie
 14. Cheeky pedalboard now sold, practice amp still available and I've just found out how much bloody postage costs bump - ideal for your nippers 1st bass amp! At 6 months old, I feel it a little too advanced for my nipper though. Thanks, John.
 15. Dunno, I've just the one, a Jazz. With a series switch to make it a Precision-a-like. Doesn't stop me wanting a VMP or similar though. Must...stop...going...into...music...shops... On the other hand, changing basses between songs would really not work in me current band, so why would I need another when I can just pull the pot out...?
 16.
Need lots of organisation mind.
That's that out the window then

 21.
...just wanted some friendly advice!!
Get in the car and drive. Stop at cashpoint, buy rig, get leathered, kip, drive back, show new rig off to jealous mates / BC'ers while grinning like a [s]w***ing Jap[/s] sorry, a Cheshire cat. I'll get to one of the George gigs to see it too!
 22.
Right, im really after the lightweight GK rig in the for sale forum, do I drive from Brighton to Newcastle to get it!!!???
Yes, without a doubt. Seriously, if I was in any position to get this rig I would race you up the M1 for it. Though the head gasket would probably blow before I got to the A23. And then I'd run up.
