1. Only the Fafner left, sticking it on eBay tomorrow as I need it to sell pretty quick.
 2.
if you're not here to buy then keep on walking son, just keep on walking.....
Wow, there was no need for that! We've got a big man over here
 3.
You're missing the point. Go & read my initial post - it's not hard. J.
I'm not missing anything, It takes less than half a second to click on a thread, then you can glance at the thread starters location before reading the description of whether the item will be posted or not. Not hard.
 4.
So you'd put "Collection only from Twickenham" in the box under the title of your thread. Easy, surely? J.
But it's alot easier to just have you location on your profile. You only have to do it once, and you'll never forget or have to write it in any title
 5.
OKay - thanks for all the info, everyone (that second twist look deceptively weird to me and would probably be really easy if someone was standing next to you explaining it, but seeing it on a video several times, I'm still left thinking "wahh?") Next question is: is there any way of getting rid of all the existing minor kinks in a cable so that it returns to its clear unkinked glory, maybe by hanging it up in a warm room ?
Depends how bad they are really. To be honest i'd forget about your old cables. Get some leads made with VanDamme cable & Neutrik connecters and you'll be set for years! Nothing winds me up more than seeing people wrapping their cable around there arm, its no harder to do it properly.
 6.
A lot of the gear being sold here is bulky, heavy and not-at-all Postie-friendly, so understandably is collection only. It would make it a lot easier - and less heartbreaking - to know where the gear is first, without reading through lists of mouthwatering specs & insane bargain prices - only to find the amp or cab is 460 miles away... So go on - tell us where you are in the topic sub-heading. Jon.
Or maybe, you could out your actual location in your profile as apose to "behind your sofa" ?
 7. Someone buy this please
 8.
Quick iPhone snap of mine with my new U5. Sounds good.
Jealous much
 9.
Maybe you could get the same pre-amp from your GB to put in your jazz?
Plus, you will only get a GB preamp in a GB bass. No other way to get one!
 10.
Hi Jake Its the DT10 I can be in Huddersfield between 11&12 and 3 & 4.30 PM me your contact details and I am sure we can meet up if you want to do a deal. John
pm'd
 11. Solo on Victor Wootens - Victa The tab is probably not right but i'm really concentrating on my sight reading so trying not to use it! Enjoy
 12.
I have the Korg pedal tuner in silver and am in Huddersfield tomorrow (Friday)during the afternoon, how about a swap? John
What pedal is it? The dt-10? What time are you about as i'm working at 5. Cheers, Jake
 13. Hey people, Moving away from a rack to a pedal bored so looking to swap this for a pedal tuner
 14.
I had someone actually say they couldn't afford to post an item unless i left feedback and the money went through
I've been one of those people before mate. I've sold things just to get through the month, so when paypal holds the money you then have no money to send the item with. Now the holding of the money i'm not to fussed about tbh, but hold the money the buyers paid for postage, thats a joke! When this happened to me i called paypal and basically said wtf are you doing, i need the money to post the item! Got sorted pretty quickly after that! Jake
The bike is great! have only used it a couple of times and need to get my seat height stuff sorted. I'm waiting for weather to get a bit warmer, lol. How is the Siggery?
lol, pansy Really enjoying the Siggery, think i'm deffinitly going to get a preamp put back into it to give it some more umph, but going to see how it sounds through the EBS microbass i'm getting next week first!! 17.
No one voted for this guy yet so here is the great Carles Benavent:
Tbh, to me, that sounds like a guitar :/
 18.
Also to be seen on my gear thread, but thought it deserved a place here... EBS Fafner EBS Neo212 raised by Auralex Platfoam GB Spitfire Pedal train with plenty of toys
Brilliant head that
 19. I don't currently own any recording stuff myself as i always go to my uncles house and play with these Set up wise, Yamaha 01v96 ---> Digidesign 96 i/o ---> Protools HD1 card ---> Powermac running Protools 8. Were currently using Meyer Sound HD-1 monitors as we got sentthem to see what we think Although i think we prefer the tannoys pictured! He's got countless Virtual instruments aand effects. Not bad for a home studio as you can probably tell, i quite like my uncle
 20.
I love the marcus sound but its a little too toppy for me, needs a little more bass in there and I think I would have it.
I suggest speaking to Bernie Goodfellow about the EBS onboard preamp if thats the sound your looking for Jake
 21. I've almost finished transcribing a big band arrangement of Rob Thomas & Santana - Smooth I started easy with the drums & percussion. Then did the bass & piano. After that it was all the brass. Then i moved alot of the organ parts onto sax to fill everything out. Then did vocals last. The only thing i havn't done is the guitar, not because i can't do it, but because guitar is one the most awful things to try and write in sibelius! I'm currently finishing of all the articulation and general music markers. If anyones interested it in, i'll post up the finished file probably next week when i'm all done! Can't wait to hear it played in Big Band Jake

 24.
Berg Ip112... good on you! Stellar amp and worth trading for. I did virtually the same thing too. Best of luck getting a hold of one!
If one doesn't come up i'll just bite the bullet at get one new. Either way its gonna be done
