  2. Musicman Sabre, build in 1988, Plays and sounds awesome. All original. There is a strapbutton hole on the lower horn and a small piece of wood was replaced near/under the control plate. Overwise it is in very good condition. Nice birdseye maple neck and low action. Weight is only 4.3 kg. Comes with a Protection Racket gigbag. £1195 Shipping within the UK/EU £35
  3. Indeed. Some say these early epoxy preamps sound much nicer than the later non-epoxy preamps. Fact is these are more rare and much more sought after.
  4. For sale: My 1978/1979 Pre Ernie Ball Music Man Stingray, great pro instrument in good condition, transition model; body and neck dates 1979, pre 79 bridge and serialnumber. Epoxy preamp. pots dats 77 and 78. Frets are in very good condition, truss rod works fine. The playability and sound are really fantastic. Weight is 4,3 kg, so relatively light.   6. For sale: D.Lakin Precision bass in a stunning Shoreline Gold finish. High quality instrument in a very good condition. Back of the headstock has a small damage. Otherwise it's like new.   7. The top layer of the body is laminated and at some points it cracked and let go of the body. No pieces missing and the body itself is fine. It can be easily repaired by glueing it back on the body, but it didn't bother me. Will make a detailed picture and upload it here today.

My main axe: A lovely customized Fender American Standard (2013) in Mystic Red, the neck is a vintage tinted AllParts replacement neck with Gotoh tuners, Bad donkey II bridge, Fender Original '62 pickups and a John East P-retro preamp. Plays and sounds like thunder. Weight is 4.1 kg. Low action, comes installed with flats. Will include a thick and firm gigbag with the sale. £795
