  4. UPDATED INFO: Turns out the bass is ACTIVE. I always assumed it was passive, don't ask why but never removed the cavity before. So the ROM module is fed by 18V. Cheers!

  14. Centainly: the humbucker is a Bartolini 72MV5K (https://www.bestbassgear.com/bartolini-72mv5k.htm) splitable dual coil. Preamp is Seymour Duncan, I don't know exactly the type, but it has: Volume (push/pull for slap mode) , mid control, stacked bass/treble and a 4 way switch for series/parallel/front coil/rear coil. Enough sound options for each flavour.
  15. Custom handbuilt 5 stringer by PK guitars (Patrick Koopman) , one of many great dutch luthiers like Andre van der End and Sander de Gier. I've stopped playing 5ers because I really prefer 4 strings and my last 5er may go. It's a lovely lightweighted bass of only 3.9 kg, selected ash body, 5 piece maple neck 34" scale, Bartolini humbucker and Seymour Duncan preamp. ABM bridge and Schaller lightweight tuners. Almost mint condition, plays and sounds great. builtcosts were about £1800 asking £875 Thick and firm ProTEc gigbag included. Shipping within the UK/EU £35 TRADED
  16. Thanks, it really is an eye catcher
  17. See the ROM module as a memory storage, 6 options are stored and usuable. It is passive and no battery involved. Thanks, indeed those necks are superb. And the price is a laugh for such a rare instrument.
  18. Those dots are covers where the ROM module is held in it's place in the cavity. There is no tone control, just the volume and 6 way selector. The 6 sounds are all different and vary from dark to bright/slap sounds. Very usable.
  19. Priced to sell indeed, can't understand it's still for sale... Thanks
