1. For sale: Nice bitsa jazz bass I build myself. Solid wood body (origin unknown) in a nice soft yellow colour, Lakland Skyline jazz neck, Hipshot USA bridge and tuners, Fender Original Bass pickups, Stacked knob control plate. Plays smooth with low action and sounds awesome. £425 (or 525 euro) including softcase and free shipping within the EU SOLD pictures: http://s1016.photobu...%20jazz%20bitsa
2. For sale: Sandberg California VM4, great player with low action, really really awesome sound. Has some modifications: Schaller 3D bridge, Seymour Duncan SPB-1 precision pickup, Seymour Duncan 2EQ preamp, push-pull volume / slap contour, blend, stacked treble/bass. The body had a sloppy relic spraycan refin in a neat colour though. Hence the lower price, normally these go for minimum £750 Put some stickers on, get it re-refinned or leave it like this. Neck is perfect, nut width 39mm. Plays smooth and light. Great bass but with a not so great refin and relic job. 3. got a few trade offers, but looking for a straight sale for this one, thanks.
4. Woohoo, that worked! Thanks, Ian.
5. Check! Did that. It's a 90's bass, so probably an older preamp which isn't made anymore. Ofcourse I could mail Noll, but thought BC is much quicker.
6. Hi fellows, Recently bought myself a bass with a bypassed preamp. It works prefectly in passive mode (vol push/pull), but ofcourse I want the preamp to work again. Black and grey wires were disconnected. What I found out it is a Noll preamp with colour codes: black: input grey: output purple: ground white: +9V brown/red/orange: bass blue/green/yellow: treble So I have to resolder the black and grey wire. But where to? I know how to solder and a bit about electronics, but a little confused about this. Got a volume pot with push/pull function, blend and treble and bass. Someone who knows how to deal with this?
