1. Can't wait to hear the reply to push it to the top of the list! Again. Try a PM they do work you know.
2. Updated Music For Chameleons. Had a mental block with bar 74, Why?
3. Been asked for some sound examples of the bass, added a few files from a live performance. Not the best recording and only the one sound setting used but will give some idea of what bass sounds like.
4. It is an old thread for a great bassline. The playalong files can be found here http://basschat.co.u...-fast-download/ no TAB I'm afraid, don't bother with anything over 600 years old which has got worse not better since it was first invented. I prefer to stick with more modern ways of writing music, only 300 or so years old. The later allows you to play not only tunes you know but also tunes you don't, how clever is that?
5. I am shocked and stunned. Cannot beleive this is still here (idiots). A good price for a great bass. Over £600.00 off the cost of a new one!
6. Just this afternoon I replaced the neck on my MM Stingray with a Status neck, now sooooo much nicer than the original. Have a bump on me.
7. Started to delete files to enable new files to be uploaded. Started to do this after first posting the PDF for Music For Chameleons. Added New York Minute by Don Henley What I Am by Eddie Brickell And The New Bohemians Music For Chameleons by Gary Numan
8. A fellow Basschatter offered to do some transcriptions for me "Faithless" he was asking £15.00 a tune. I didn't take him up on his offer as I am capable of transcribing I just needed more time. Give him a shout he maybe able to help you out.
9. Gone.
10.
As others have said, I keep my ring and pinkie fingers tucked in towards the palm, where they are out of the way. I'd recommend that you practice alternating your index and middle fingers. Practice VERY SLOWLY at first, paying close attention to keeping the ring and pinkie relaxed and tucked in towards the palm. Spend five to ten minutes doing this exercise as part of your practice routine. At first, your ring and pinkie fingers probably wont do what you want, but with a little time, patience and perseverance they will learn what is expected of them. While we are on the subject of R/H technique, I hope you dont mind my giving you some extra advice. I notice that you rest your thumb on the pick up. Granted, a lot of bassists do so, but it can lead to wrist or hand problems at a later time, because the wrist is at an awkward angle. You may like to check out the link below.
Off topic slightly. If you watch the video to the very end, you will see a menu of other video clips. Bottom right is one called Anthony Jackson bass solo, my hero, only young in this and playing a 4 string, xmas has just come early for me.
11. I think you will find anyone with half a brain would die for this. It's a shame you don't want a Fender though.
12. Sounds good but I already have an Ashdown Classic Klystron.

14. Hang on in there mate. Withdrew mine as I will be out of the country, and would you Adam and Eve it bass is now sold, if it had been 24 hours later deal wouldn't have happened.
15. Made Corrections to Come Back And Stay - Paul Young Added Everytime You Go Away - Paul Young Over 2,500 views and only a few comments. Would be nice to receive some feed back even if it was to point out any mistakes. My Dropbox is now full, if I had more space have more files plus would post the PDF's. Anybody willing to help?
16. Just withdrawn my post so have another bump for such a fine bass.
17. Final bump at this price before I remove until the New Year
18. Email sent.
19. Thought it only fair I should return the bump you gave me. I will be removing my post in a couple of days, fingers crossed you have more luck than me.
20. It seems that some folks dont know the meaning of Final. To that end I will from now on ignore any PM's which ask me to drop my price below my Final asking Price of £700.00 plus postage. I know it is the season of good will but I am not prepared to lesson the value of such a fine example of a MM any more, not even as much as 1p. If I need to repost bass in the New Year I will be raising my asking price back to its original.
