I had 14 and skol had 20 last time i looked, this is a bit of a f..k up why not let the guys at 13 guitars choose a winner that would be fair in my opinion, i wouldnt mind that at least there would be no bad vibes or anything around it. Starting from begining wouldnt be fair in my opinion as people may not even look again on any site, or on BC FB page e.t.c. I am happy either way, at least those who are giving the prize would have a say in the results, as long as it was done on comp rules relating song to photos e.t.c. Yeah and 13 guitars are applauded for the offer of the prize in the first place!

[/quote] If there are votes from new members because of social media sites, that cant be helped if the links are on this site, which there are six of on the bottom left of this page, if they are all social media type links that is. FB and Twitter are there, dont recognise the others, but the point i am making is how ever votes are made its not down to the entrant what the people on those sites do because of the link. I am feeling guilty for pressing the like button on the competition page now, but 25 others have as well! Have also removed link from my face book page.

Wow no one should withdraw its just a discussion, what ever has happened even if it is votes from other sites, its life and one of the links is on this page at the top so its going to happen. Dont stress about it

Yeah but you cant stop it if its linked to face book e.t.c. the link is on the page so it will happen, I hit the like button and 23 others have thats how i discovered it links to your facebook account, but I didnt do it for votes i did it because its there and i like the comp. Skol said hes sent it to soundcloud and twitter which would have the same effect potentially. I am sure its done with the right intent, but people will vote because of it, its life. I was doing ok in poll but its gone and no idea whats happening anymore, skol was whacking me though

Dont think anyone has a problem just discussing how and why people vote i suppose, psychologically people will tend to listen to the highest vote tracks and vote for them, thats how the human mind works, we are creatures of habit. Everything is cool

Site just completely crashed on me for 10 mins, but ok now? I reckon because of the like button which i have just clocked posts this on facebook, twitter posts, souncloud plugs e.t.c., people who are friends of people on here will just join site and vote for their mates. Thats why there arent many listens to some tracks, also i am guilty of if i listen a track and it doesnt connect with me in first couple of mins i move on. Which is fair enough i dont mean that in a negative way, but probably answers Silddx question earlier.
