Just to update this, emailed Fender GBI and asked the question and got told: "Essentially they are the same, it is still part of the Modern Player family. Specs wise there is no difference"

Does anyone know if this "Special Edition" Cornado on the Fender site: http://intl.fender.com/en-GB/series/special-edition/coronado-bass-rosewood-fingerboard-aged-cherry-burst/ is the same as the MIC Modern Player Coronado model? (apologies if this is a dumb question!)

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me out in dating/valuing this TE combo: [url="http://imgur.com/a/jv1hU#NIJO8Dd"]http://imgur.com/a/jv1hU#NIJO8Dd[/url] The previous owner split it into a head and combo and then bolted it back together, hence the DIY job on the sides Due to the condition I appreciate it won't be worth too much but I'd like to get a ballpark so I can move it on and get a lightweight combo! Thanks in advance.
