6. Looking supplement my income and current bands gigs with a few extras. I've just changed jobs and hopefully have a bit of flexibility gig wise. My main band (classic rock) are fairly busy but there are always odd days I could fill. I'm more a classic rock person but I'm versatile enough to play most stuff (except jazz lol) I don't read but can follow chord charts but to be honest if its rock stuff I have quite a lot committed to memory. I have good gear, Status, TC, Barefaced and reliable transport. Ideally looking at Surrey, Berkshire, West London. My current band tend to be on £50-60 a head so this is probably the bottom line unless its round the corner of course. Cheers for looking. Colin
7. Loxwood Beer and Music Festival last weekend! Oh dear, I appear to be slapping!! Slapping again.....only on one song....honest! That'll be me getting the crowd going then!
8.
Absolutely. White ones are much better... AT SHOWING THE sh*t STAINS!!
Fixed for ya 😉
9.
Huh. You're a bit picky, aren't you?
Nah......I use me fingers 😉
10. Six foot blonde with huge charlies.....preferably female 😉
11. Sang Just The Way You Are at the karaoke in the local tonight......errr yeah that's a lot harder than I thought, it was videoed so I could send to a "friend", luckily the sound was very low, I'm hoping she gets the message though......if you know what I mean 😉
12. Mooching around on my guitarists 59 reissue! [Img]http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc296/widget42/a791b49622afc96ff605347caf33e69a.jpg" class="ipsImage" /> I can do smart occasionally, at my bestest friends wedding!
13. Yup, this lot were right into it, Admiral Nelson, Twickenham! Good payer and then the landlady put a pot round to get us to play on for a bit and that generated another £70 between us! Said a sad farewell to our stand in drummer, he played with us before so knew the set inside out. It's weird, he can be a bit flaky sometimes but is a cracking drummer, our regular guy who was with us from the start is a good drummer but has a great personality and is a good friend.....but musically I prefer to play with the other guy! What a dilemma!
14. Late 70s, early 90s and then 2013!! I seem to have gained more strings, less hair and more than a few pounds!!
15.
looks like the Zep boys are enjoying it to.
That's what matters really!!
16.
I enjoyed the original clip, but for the Battle for Evermore clip knocked it sideways, THAT one was simply awesome, just the two of em on stage, with no back up, and they Nailed It...Excellent!!
Thing is Nancy is every bit as good a singer as Ann but in a different way so they compliment each other so well. I loved the original clip, it's a fitting tribute to Led Zep and for me personally I thought adding the choir was a nice touch, also having Jason on drums added to that wow factor! IMHO of course!
17.
Am I thinking of someone else .. I thought she died a couple of years ago ?
Laura Brannigan? Died 2004
18.
Is that not the guy who did some backing vocals for Alison Kraus recently.
😄😉
19. I took all the casing off mine and leave it in a little bag in the car as a spare. Unfortunately one of the outputs has packed up but the other would do in an emergency. Our PA packed in one night so our singer plugged into it and was every bit as loud as before, good little amp!
20. Not sure where to get the manual but rest assured that's how the input gain works, just keep turning until you reach the desired peak!
21. Sharing a moment with myself and trying not to fall off the back of a lorry!
22. Sharing a moment with my keys player........I hope the guitarist doesn't get jealous 😉
