Thanks mate. You know, they are all excellent "technicians" with serious background but, IMO, they know how to "serve" the emotion, the song without distorting it and are able to bring their sensibility and give the song a new "dimension" if you know what I mean...

According to Smith's recent interview, Reeves is the only one who can play and replicate Porl Thompson's guitar part ( former and long guitar Cure player, before Bamonte replaced ( with a diiferent sound, technique and inspiration ) him in 93 ). Plus, Reeves recorded the song Wrong Number with Smith under the name The Cure in the 2000's...They met each other during Bowie's 50 anniversary gig in NY...

You're right IMO. They played a wide range of different brand in the past, from 7ender to Gibson, Mosrite, Gretsch, National and on...but they finally decided to play these fu...ng awful and hidious Schecter...that's there choice..

Not quite sure...the serial number is B003678, 3 bolt neck and the TM on the headstock. All I can say is that it's in mint condition and it weights heavier than my natural one. I bought it with the original Mman leather strap. -
