As a previous sale fell through and its already in anbix, this week only £300!! I got this cab in a trade and tried it out on 3 gigs: it's great and it is by far the best 12 cab I have had (the others being a couple Ashdown, a whole bunch of Genz Benz, one Mark bass and a custom-built one - probably more but I really don't remember). I am not in a massive rush to sell because it is very very good indeed, but really I don't need it, and it's already boxed ready for shipping as another sale fell through!! This is mega-mint condition really, very very light use. The cheapest internet price is £540 as far as I can see, with most retailers selling for £640. As bass players we are good at simple maths, so that equals mega bargain IMO. Here are the tech specs from Aguilar: This cabinet is the same as the GS 112, but has no tweeter. Makes a great extension cabinet for the GS 112. Also perfect for upright bass and electric bass with an "old-school" vibe. Handles 300 watts RMS. One 12" cast frame woofer, 56 oz. magnet One Neutrik Speakon and two 1/4" inputs Spring- Loaded Handle, Locking Corners 7 ply, void-free Philippine Mahogany Power Handling: 300 watts RMS Frequency Response: 42 Hz - 2 kHz Sensitivity: 95 dB 1W 1M Impedance: 8 ohms Dimensions: 14" H, 19" W, 18" D Weight: 39 lbs Please do get in touch if you are interested, but please don't offer me any less. NO TRADES. Thank you.

I am not in a massive rush to sell because it is very very good indeed, but really I don't need it, as I'm going mostly FOH live and I'm after a classic amp for recording. This is mega-mint condition really, very very light use and has a great Roqsolid cover too. The rrp is £640 as far as I can see, so I think 400quid is fair (that's the price posted within the UK). Please do get in touch if you are interested. And thank you.

Hi all, I've only recently bought this great amp from another Basschatter, and I have done just 3 gigs with it. It's great but I don't need the headroom as I just tickle the volume and go through front of house. I am planning to go a little boutique so I need the money. I have a brand new Ashdown Rootmaster gig bag for it. Thank you very much.

Reduced price £220 (posted to your door!!) - taking a hammering on this one but I want it sold, please don't offer me less for it. This is an exciting little cabinet, a 1 x 12 plus tweeter with very usable kickback possibility, super light and portable, but yet sturdy and gig proof. Now discontinued, the reviews are great and many thought of this as one of Markbass's better cabinets. I find it difficult to price as there are no equivalent for sale at the moment, but I have bought it used from Bass Direct only a couple of months ago for around £320 delivered. When new, the rrp was £550. Bass Direct assured me it had only mostly home use. I never gigged it either and concluded I actually don't need it In my rig. It does have signs of mild use but it works perfectly. I have the box from Bass Direct to send it in, so I'm happy to post. Here's the Markbass link http://www.markbass.it/product-detail/club-121/ I'll trade for a little and light combo with cash my way.

Hi PRICE DROP £270 posted to UK, here for sale is my little Hofner Ignition Beatle bass. These are the far-east made ones, truly hollow-body, like the German made variety. I prefer these to the Contemporary HCT series that have a wooden block in the middle (which arguably defeats the purpose of a Hofner). The bass is in excellent condition: a few years old now so I think the white binding is starting to turn a little vintage white, which looks cool. Only little baby scratches that you can see if turning around against the light, but nothing goes even through the finish. I have 2 original German made and vintage Hofner and I bought this in case I needed to fly, but frankly I can't see that happening this or next year (hoping I just ignited a reverse-curse on myself and now I get booked for an overseas tour!). This particular bass has over £100 spent on mods to make it look like a German on, but also to make it sound much better: - Pyramid golds flatwound strings: the factory standard for a proper Hofner; - A "Made in Germany" Hofner tailpiece; - Genuine Hofner 500/1 bridge assembly; - a pair of vintage style "teacup" volume dials a-la Macca' (the switches have also be enameled to look more the part); - black truss rod cover; - A custom 3-ply Hofner old style nut. If you have vintage Hofners like myself, you will feel the difference in sound and playability, just like a custom shop Fender feels more accomplished in the player's hands than a Mexican made. However, if you are not a Hofner connoisseur, this bass will fool you good and proper: the playability is easy and the pickups sounds very much the part. Plus, I think, it looks incredible and it's so light and enjoyable to play for hours with no back pain. It's done only 3 very civilised gigs and for the rest it's been kept at home. I'm probably gonna use the money towards another German made Hofner as I have the bug now! Anyway, here's a very lovely and cheap upgraded Hofner Igition. It's a cracker, please contact me for any query. PS - I will post anywhere, but it does not have a case, so it will be in a Gibson padded guitar gig bag, which means that half of the headstock will kick out at the top, but I will pad up an "extension" to protect it. I have got a lovely box for it, so it should be ok. TRADES - if you have a German made Hofner you are thinking of selling, talk to me. Also, I'm needing a good 15 cab, tweeter not essential at all. Always keen to hear about a nice amp which can do vintage sound.
