1. I read it was the only way he could keep the headstock from smashing into the floor, holding it up at the other end with his little finger while playing!
2. To play? Fender Jazz. To look at, Spector NS2.

Passive... but of course, perfect for mods! I actually prefer the sound of the back coil to my Jazz, just a shame I can't get on with the neck!

5. Mine did that too. I binned it, and vowed never to buy Behringer again. Unless I see a really cheap rack tuner on ebay.
6. Got it, been away for a week but will start reading this week! Thanks!
7. Same here, but I'm not sure I'd spend that much on one. £300, maybe, but not nearly £600.
8. I'm from Telford, but now living in West Brom. Still only a half hour drive though, so as long as I'm free I'm up for it!
9. Ibanez SoundGear definitely ticks all the lightweight, small bodied, modern and versatile boxes!
10. Fender Custom Shop Jazz - Olympic White Spector NS2 - Natural Gallien Krueger 1001RB-II x2 Gallien Krueger Neo 412 x2
11. What's a bango?
12.
Wow. Only about 8 years old as well!
Going on 10 I think! Saw a band doing it syncronised once... can't think who it was... american screamo band... performance was more interesting than the music, that's about all I remember.
13. Yep, Spector all the way. A Legend Custom (or Euro if I come into some money!) is next on my list. A Classic went on ebay for under £200 the other day.
14. I've seen Lucky's brother play in a few bands, but never seen Lucky play live, if he does any gigs with Ben it'd definitely be worth checking out!
15.
There's a whole psychobilly scene out there & tonnes of punk bands with double basses. More recently didn't Blink 182 use one in the I Miss You video? The Horrorpops are good fun with a female fronted double bass playing punky vibe.
I was gonna mention The Horrorpops, but double bass isn't really out of place there. Good band tho! Anyway.... Pretty sure I Miss You was recorded on a Fender VI, just used a double bass in the vid?
16.
weren't the living end a punk band? From australia, I vaguely remember the bassist playing a chequered upright
Yep, great band, never made it as big over here as they are elsewhere for some reason.
17. I almost bought an Adam Black six string once, very good quality for the price, I just decided I didn't really need a guitar in the end or I'd have bought it.
18. With a Mexican Jazz Deluxe and a Korean Spector I'm more a Championship manager, I haven't got a lot to spend and I usually have to sell before I can buy, but I'm always looking for a promotion!
19. It's no use... I'm going to have to delete my ebay account! That's awesome. I want it. But I can't have it
20. Mine arrived in a week I think, may order another one!
21. Looks like the body is from a Guitar Hero LP!
22. I bought a copy of this at the weekend to read while I'm working away this week. Once I've finished it I'll add it to the circulation.
23. I've got a two channel amp, so it's one channel for my main bass and another for the backup. Nice and easy!
