13.
good to hear about your course dude! teaching and everything going great. I got me a waiting list! on the filter front - try the bottom feeder, it's a bass friendly clone of the 442. Including shipping from the states it cost me about £75. sounds great too, although i'm really enjoying my micro qtron at the mo! rather than hijack this thread - drop me a pm and we'll catch up there!
Indeed, you have a PM.
14.
sorry to see such a huge clearout Rob! how's uni treating you?
I know but i need the money to buy studio equipment. Im not giving pedals up though, i have just received a DHA overdrive pedal and im looking for another choice filter pedal to go with it. Maybe a tone factor 442 filter? Uni is treating me well, i passed this year with flying colours and i cant wait to get stuck into my album project next year! Teaching going well?
15.
PM'd
And replied.
16. Hi, only one thing left now! Monkey effects triple true bypass strip with a boost switch. £40 Offers now taken. Cheers
17. If you pair it up with a tremolo pedal and make it really pulsey, you can get a really really good arpeggiator effect. If you sit down and have a good play with the pedal, some very usable sounds do leap out.
18.
I've finally got all the bits. Sounds very lush. I can't wait to gig it. Orange AD200B Bergantino NV610 (I'll take a better picture sometime.)
How on earth can you take a better picture than that? It looks amazing!
19. Down to experience i would pay what ever it cost to get my perfect set up. For example i bought a brand new Ampeg SVT4 pro around christmas time for just over a grand. I had the choice to buy a cheaper head (less than half) but i would have regretted not buying the ampeg because it was love at first sight. The other head would have been cheaper but a waste of money so i would have ended up spending more in the long run. So my answer would be; I would pay what ever it costs to get my perfect set up, even if it meant i had to save up and sell some bits.

New DHA pedal

You were right, the white with red splash does look great!
22. They look the nuts but would defiantly need strapping together. I can see the top one falling off very quickly.
23. How about an 8X15? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Two-x-Community-4-x-...1QQcmdZViewItem I bet this sounds huge!!!!!!!!!!!
24. Also, depending on the kind of gig you do, if your playing support slots at rock/alt nights, the headlining/main band tend to provide the back line (not always) to save on space. This then means if you have separates, you can roll in with just a head under your arm and borrow other cabs. This is obviously a lot lighter and easier to transport than a combo.
