    I have come to the conclusion that 5 Strings are not for me,----- Its a made in Japan model about 10 years old but in good condition for age, and has Duncan designed pickups and active circuit. 34" scale with almost flat neck radius and good string spacing ( approx 18mm at bridge ) Nice low action and it comes in the correct well used but servicable Jackson /Charvel Fitted Case What have you got?     Just check that the capacitor leg that is wired to the solder tag ( the one that also feeds the jack socket tip )is not touching the pot body. Will.

    The middle legs on the 2 pots look to be touching each other so try to bend them apart slightly,and also signal side of the capacitor looks to be touching the pot casing. I would suggest you ask a local Basschatter to help you out with your soldering, no offence intended! Regards Will.
