    TM Stevens is a slapping beast, 'Thumb' is a sinple pattern but the cleanliness of each is the trick. Bootsys 'penetration' is one of my favourite slap basslines to. And I'm sorry, but i wouldnt call mark kings bass anything less than funky, perhaps a little more poppy.

    One of my primary gigging basses, but i need the money, and can't bring myself to sell any others. Red (almost metallic-got a nice little twinkle to it) 21 frets Jazz pickup-neck Humbucker pickup-bridge Master volume Pickup balancer Concentric bass/treble Active Wafer thin neck FS - £180 FT - would love a trade for a mex fender, or epiphone bass. Really do love this bass. Will break my heart to see it go. Ben.

    I love the musicman stingray basses, they're just great. But thats not what this is about. Ive come across a couple if these musicman SUB basses, and sterling by musicman (is it?). Whats the deal with these? Are they like, squier by fender, epiphone by gibson? Or something else entirely? If someone can fill me in or give me any Insight into these basses, id appreciate it.     i get the appeal of relics, but i dont personally like them, if my guitar is new, i want to look F*****g new! But if its old, real vintage, i like it to look used. But that warwick is just all over the shop, the point is relic it wear it would naturally damge and wear from actual playing; the forearm rest, the thumb rest, around knobs. Not just any old place! Btw, i noticed everyone blanking their swears, is there some kind of no swearing rule on this site or what? I blanked mine incase there was Ben.

    Btw, this is just a lovely bass, if i were in the market for a P, id snatch this off you. Such a bargain. Ive got some SPB3 ready fir when i eventually get one haha Ben.

    You've probably figured it now, but i just figured it now, so I'm sharing On iPhone, just click reply as usual, then at the bottom click full version then attach a picture as usual on a computer, then swap back to mobile if you want. If anyones got an easier way id like i know? Ben.

    I like the bridge on mine, that extended B string saddle is clever. If i were keeping it i might get round to changing the tuners. But you're right, its just preference. Ben.

    These are my beauties. Yamaha BB1100s, BB415, BB1100s fretless. Its nice to have matching basses. The 1100s was my fathers bass, that i learned to play on. The 415 is for sale btw
