Help! I've got severe GAS for a Musicman Bass. Right now there are a couple of tempting propositions in the classifieds and I don't know which way to turn. The rest of my basses are Fender Jazzes - as much as I love them I don't think the Mrs will tolerate the purchase of a forth! So as a Fender Jazz lover - which way would you advise me to leap?

Hi just to say Hi, I'm Sam from Northampton, been playing for about 5/6 months. I started later in life, but I am really enjoying the journey of discovery. I play an american standard fender jazz 2008, and have a very small home studio (in a previous life I played keyboards/dj/producer). I still haven't persuaded the mrs to allow me to bring an amp into the house yet though. Looking forward to sharing experiences, and learning lots from you more experienced hands out there!
