The right venue for them would be a soundproofed room with locked doors. Could have used some of the gaffe tape over her mouth.

They wouldn’t even get a gig in a local live music pub around our way.

Its bewildering how they get the exposure and who would actually pay to see this act, appalling vocals and musicianship of an absolute beginners level.

Thought I would just flick over and see what’s on tonight, this lot were on, that’s me done, this show just gets worse.

Was Lou Reed ever a singer, he used to just speak most of his tunes 👎

Cheap advanced return rail ticket would be £89 each, four piece band equates to nearly £400 on rail fares, it would be far cheaper to drive up even if it included hiring a van.

What a shite vocalist, worse than “pub singer” style, bass player did the right thing.👍

The not being able to drive will also limit your choices.

Non response to emails really gets my goat, just an acknowledgement they have received it. They wouldn’t leave a letter delivered through their door unopened on the doormat for days. 😤

It is always this time of year where I start to feel like packing it in. I’m the only one in the band who seeks out and books gigs etc, if I didn’t do it the band would have no work. I am now contacting venues for gigs 2020, most of them we have already played at this year, it is so frustrating as it involves multiple phone calls, texts and emails to the venues to obtain dates, soul destroying.

We were playing Feel Like Making Love, ironically a fight breaks out in the pub.

They as a company are in financial difficulty, possibly about to go under.

Usually once a fortnight, we are very lucky that our vocalist has his own very large studio and we can rehearse at his place whenever we need to.

These guys have still got it in 2019.

Backs up the theory that Bass players are usually the sensible ones in the band, it was great to see that you had remembered to put your shoes on 😀

Just checked out the Smooth playlist, some tunes I could definitely listen to no problem, maybe that’s because I’m probably as old as your dad.

One of my favourite bands, seen them twice, top quality musicians. Found another great vocalist in Arnel Pineda to replace the legendary Steve Perry.

Pet Shop Boys, tonight Mathew I’m going to like sound like Al Stewart.

If this is Smooth Jazz, I love it.
