1.
Hey munk, no i don't, it wasn't included with the sale when i got it. Tom
no probs Tom, they are bloody hard to get hold of anyway. Thanks anyway
 2.
Bump.
do you have the footswitch for the amp??
 3. the only thing im really suprised at these basses is the resale value. At the same retail as a Ric 4001, I dont understand why these basses dont hold any value, even though they have an amazing finish and very advanced electrics. The Ric will still demand over a grand s/h!!!!!!!!!!!! I for one am still exploring all my tones that these basses have on offer and look forward to each rehearsal because its like using a new bass each time. The 18v circuit is a monster and the HS pup config has everything I need. I love these basses to bits and im sure it wont be long before everyone jumps at them
 4.
No - it was quite evident that you were being sarcastic. However it wasn't exactly clear what the sarcasm was being directed at. J.
aye fair doos mate.
 5.
Tuners are wrong, trc is a fake, fireglo colour is wrong, fretboard's too dark, the description's bullsh!t and the seller knows it. Any other questions? Don't believe me - go & give the guy £1200 for it and find out yourself. J.
i just assumed the smiley face and the face laughing would show sarcasm in my reply. I guess it was lost in translation.
 6.
I found the neck to be something I didnt pay attention to while I was playing, and thats how a neck should be IMO! I really wish I had the chance to have my old Bongo back. I wasnt very mature as a bass player when I had it and I just dont think I did it justice I do however remember that the 4 band eq was hard work. Loads and loads of good tones on tap but you have to work pretty hard to get a really great tone.
im finding that I am constantly changing my EQ settings and havent quite found a sound I have settled on. I feel there are just too much options hahahaha. Its like a kid in a sweety shop at times. They are just too good.
 7. oh no no no no. the 4x10 is earmarked for a good friend of mine if wants it and the 2x10 is just too good and portable to let go....
 8.
So Steve, you grown a pair yet?
hahaha, I just couldnt justify the purchase. I loved using them at the rehearsal room in glasgow we used to use. But I already have a 4x10 and a 2x10 that I can use with my amp. So unless I somehow become a touring bass playing sheriff officer, then alas this bargain of the century is just too much for me.
 9. how can you say its a fake/copy with those detailed pics
 10.
Buy it, buy it now M.O.T.H. .....................I can't afford a divorce! Seriously good bass for that money...flattest profile neck I've ever played, so easy.
i just spoke with the mrs, if I want this it means I have to get rid of my jag or my bongo!!!!!! It's all yours old slapper. If your mrs throws you out though, I have a spareroom that you and your status can come and stay:)
 11. oh man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if i buy this I may get divorced. I beleive thats called a win/win situation
 12. in built Sound gates with no control on parameters (myB5R). I thought my bleadin amp was broke as it kept cuttin out on the O/D channel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 13. I dont understand the resale of these basses!!! brand new they go for approx the same as a ric, however a ric retains their resale value whereas these drop by half straight away. Its outrageous. I think 800bucks is well too cheap for such an amazing bass!!! Just my 2p
 14. i am so suprised this aint shifted. Honestly folks these are a 1 stop shop amp.
 15. what you think of this?? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vintage-Rickenbacker...=item3a5fce73f1
 16.
Your on the email list Steve..... As soon the finer details are sorted we will be banging out an email to everybody who has been before as a first dibs on hotel accommodation and of course a place at the curry.... Best part about the whole weekend for me is the Sat night as its always a top laugh, and great to catch up with guys and meet new fellow bass plonkers...and come the Sunday you are all like best mates.... Most guys coming here travel a long, long way...some from way down south. Its a good indication of how much of a laugh we get out of it.... Its the most relaxed bass bash I have been to....top event Of course the hangover can sometimes be a little bit of a pain..... Dave P
Its a top weekend. however I didnt feel as though I got nearly as much drinking done as I should have having a weekend off from the family hahahaha.
 17.
A '79 Sabre... lefty -> linky I hope the cold snow isn't upsetting the neck. I had to say it.
goddam you Rich,,,,,I now have to go buy a righthanded one of these cos they are so lush. DAMN YOU
 18. I think they will be blown away by you my good man. Just have confidence (but not too much )
 19. mine went away when I used special shampoo on my sons hair when he had something called skullcap. Its basically a buildup of dryskin on a babies head. So the special shampoo gets rid of this,,,,,,,,,AND CALLUSES. So imagine my suprise the next morning when my fingers were soft!!!!! gigged that night and ended up with a few blood blisters. The show must go on hahahaha
 20. Removed by Rich. Refer to buyer guideline 4. This is not the place for personal grievances.
 21.
Ill try to ignore that comment
wow, I didnt expect that responce, I was bein serious little dude. Either way, may the force be with you.
 22.
Why u hating me?
haha sorry Alex. didnt mean to quote you on that msg. Its an ongoing joke with me and Gerry.
 23. if its rock, then you cant beat ampeg. Industry standard and bargain prices 2nd hand. I would recommend a 4x10, they have the clarity and bottom end you will ever need. Plus, more specifically, my ampeg is quite easy to move around. Ampeg all the way with me. Lovely gear, amazing rock tones, decent 2nd hand price and resale value plus looks nice. Ticks all the boxes
 24.
Bump for a fellow scotsman
And on the 7th day God rested and said to Jez....... Sorry buddy, but couldnt resist. So what kinda gear are you looking for matey????
 25.
So theres no chance of organising a Bass Day thingymabob during some public holiday or something???
if your so eager to go am sure whatever god you pray to won't mind. I'm pretty sure they have places of prayer in Moffat too.
