  1. If My Musicman Sterling Black Onyx sells (on Here) I will be all over this like a rash. I can just picture it with bright blue Led's. Pass the tissues.
  2. It is with a heavy heart that I am parting company with this custom made Musicman sterling black onyx number 132 of 150. It comes with it's original Musicman case, all the candy and certificate of authenticity.(ONLY 150 OF THESE WHERE EVER MADE WORLDWIDE !!!) It can only be described as mint with no bucklerash, dings or scratches. If I'm being picky there are the usual fingernail scratches on the pickguard but after all that is what it is there for so I would give it 9/10 I am letting her go because after playing a Fender Jazz for the best part of 17 years I cannot find a bass that suits me better. I'm asking £1200 FIRM... for her but might be interested in trading for another USA jazz preferably with maple fretboard. Enjoy the pics. Full spec in link below. If this doesn't sell for the asking price I wll be keeping it. 3. Missed one yesterday £13 being sold by MUZZ on here. Was dithering about it then I missed the boat. Not to worry will be another one along soon.
  4. Hi Chasebatters. Thinking of buying a Behringer bass chorus pedal and was wondering if I'll regret it. I know what you are thinking ("YOU PAYS YOUR MONEY YOU TAKES YOUR CHOICE") You seem to be able to purchase one for around the £20 mark but are they any good? Don't want to purchase an expensive one in case I don't get on with chorus. Any views or oppinions would be helpfull
  5. Hi. Is the Behringer chorus still up for grabs??
  6. Due to selling the combo that this case was made for (Ashdown Abm 4x10") It is surplus to requirements. 9. Just bought a Boss pedal off Derek. Paid him Thurs pedal here Sat. great communication and would buy off him any day of the week. Cheers
  10. Just bought two Ashdown cabs off Steve at a very reasonable price. Great communication all the way and a great guy to deal with. No complaints at all. Cheers. Ian.
  11. Have you still got the Boss BEQ7 pedal for sale?
  12. I Know you said you where packing up playing but would you be interested in swapping the head for my Ashdown Abm 500w 2x10" combo?
  13. As I'm downscaling my gear for seperates this Ashdown Abm 500watt (2x10+hf horn) UK made combo will now be collecting dust. so I would like to swap it for a UK Made Ashdown Abm 500w bass head. This is a trouser flappingly seriously loud combo even though it has 2x10s in it. It is one of the early Celestion speaker versions.I Have fitted a heavy duty leather handle with captive nuts to ease portability. I Have recently bought two Ashdown ABM compact cabs 1x15" and a 2x10" so would like a Head to go with them. I'm presently using a TC electronic RH 450 with the two cabs but to be honest I'm missing that Ashdown punchy trebly sound. Would sell for £300...... 17. Just put my Ashdown cab up for sale on the forum but can't seem to download pics??? I didn't have this problem when I sold my combo. I'm following all the right links but keep getting a red error massage.???
  18. Due to the recent purchase of an Ashdown ABM 115 compact cab this one is now surplus to requirements.(Dodgy back syndrome) I Purchased it new in 2000 to use with my ABM 4x10 combo. It is one of the original UK made celestion speaker cabs 300watts 8 ohms. I Had a cover made for it out of heavy duty vinyl and it has protected it well over the years.(Cover included) only one battle scar on the back of the cab (pictured) the rest of the cab is in great condition. I would like £120 Firm Collection and cash prefered or could look into postage. Also selling the 2x10" Abm cab that matches this one in a seperate sale on the forum. BOTH CABS NOW £220 IF BOUGHT TOGETHER. [attachment=120274:IMG_2776.JPG][attachment=120275:IMG_2778.JPG][attachment=120276:IMG_2780.JPG][attachment=120277:IMG_2782.JPG][attachment=120278:IMG_2783.JPG]
  19. Thanks but too small for what I had in mind
  20. Could do with knowing the dimensions please internal if poss.
  21. Hi Lewyyy. Shame you couldn't get on with her. That is the reason I let her go. I like the slimness of Jazz type necks and the Ric neck is just that little too wide. Lovin' The Sterling black onyx though. Nice and slim neck and lighter than my Jazz. Good luck with the sale.
  22. I've used an Abm 4x10 500w combo with an Abm 115 300w cab since 2000. Never any problems. Mega trouser flap!! I recently bought the Abm 2x10 500w combo and sold the bigger one as I suffer with a dodgy back. same bone crushing sound but lighter. Small gigs I just use the combo, large gigs I add the 1x15. mine is the old UK built Celestion speaker version. 12 years old and never missed a beat. Not keen on the new made in China stuff.
